NGL every Lush I've gone into the customer service is amazing but Beck takes it above and beyond. When I went in, I was only going to get a few bath bombs but left with like $200 dollars worth. She definitely knew what she was talking about, I loved every bath bomb she suggested. She asked me what I wanted out of a bath bomb and I told her a few things and man, that's where I just kept adding it on. She's super personable and friendly.
Now some how she got me into their face mask, and I'm pretty loyal to sisley, but now I can't live without two of them, their honey oats and seaweed calming mask.
Just went back in pretty recently and again, Beck assisted me. Amazing as usual.

I come here all the time but honestly THIS experience was so amazing that I can’t wait to go back. I was at the mall just spending time with my parents for my birthday, and I walked into lush with a pretty hefty list of things I was interested in. Bindy was so kind and welcoming, and really is the main reason I want to keep shopping at lush (more than I already do!). The products are incredible and Bindy was so helpful, we went down my entire list, and she taught me about every product as well as recommending other great options!! Bindy gave me samples of some of the products I was skeptical about trying, but I am SURE that the body wash she recommended to me is my go to now. Sticky Dates body wash is so incredibly delicious I wish I could eat the entire bottle! I am so excited to go back and purchase the products I was able to sample and really liked!

I was here with my 10 year old, who wanted to buy everything. Beck was AWESOME! So good with her, explained everything, showed her some examples and let her try stuff, eventually helping her come to a decision to about what to get. My daughter left over the moon with the experience. We are already planning a trip back.

Such a clean and beautiful store. The employees are very welcoming and helpful as well. Had the pleasure of being helped by Danny, who was very knowledgeable and informative about the product I was looking for. We were provided amazing service and were happy when we all walked out with something.

Was my first time in Lush and I was so happy to experience all their products, as well as the upbeat, happy atmosphere. Every single worker was so kind and would help me find what I was looking for or answer any questions and do demos. Was a wonderful experience. They sold me on a lot of products as well as getting their online subscription.

I love Lush! I’ve been using their products for decades. Stepping into this store was like walking into a colorful, great-smelling wonderland! The vibe was super fun—sparkly clean, amazing scents everywhere, and shelves full of goodies I couldn’t wait to check out. The staff were so friendly and chill, happy to help but never in-your-face, which made the whole visit even better.
I picked up the Tofu Cream Shampoo and Valkyrie Conditioner—and wow, they’re both incredible. My hair feels soft, healthy, and smells so good. You can really tell these are quality products made with care.
Highly recommend checking this location out if you’re into good vibes, great products, and awesome service. I’ll definitely be back!
