We went home and it tasted amazing. Not sweet at all, savory and not too salty. We used air fryer and it'd absolutely amazing. We will be back here for other types of meat. We got twice the meat at greater than restaurant quality.”

“I used to not like chorizo because I had a bad first experience trying it. However, my girlfriend was so excited to make chorizo for me saying Aurora’s had the best chorizo. I tried it for her sake and was so surprised at how good it was. She always hypes this place up, and I can see why. I even went with her to buy the chorizo, and the girl working the counter was so friendly and nice. 5 out of 5 for sure!”

The selection and quality of meat and cheese is top notch and deserves 5 stars, however this review is for the staff. We were greeted warmly, and when I shared the reason for our visit the young man at the counter was so kind and helpful. He asked us some questions to help us choose the best cut, and checked with another staff member to determine the stinkiest cheese (as we requested). My friend just had the best meal of his life and I am very grateful for the wonderful folks at The Butchery who helped us make that happen. We will be back.”

The parking yard in front of the building is also theirs so you can pull inside that yard and back straight up which is way easier. If that option is not available, be really careful while making a U-turn from the end as the cars parked would be a real pain and most probably you would have to find their owner and have one or two cars moved as there is no other way unless you can back up on a tight spot from blind side”

When she passed, we also reached out to the store owners to order their products (they do delivery), and never do they disappoint with their delicious snacks!! Both the store owners are lovely people, very honest and kind. You will not be scammed like the other places and their kho Bo is top notch! 100% recommended!
