“Great selection, reasonable prices and lovely customer service. The Steelcase chair I bought looked almost new because of how nicely it was cleaned before being put out for sale. I was helped by Lupe who demonstrated all its features and even helped me load it into my car. It was a pleasure dealing with her. And you can take it back to them if you have any mechanical issues (not wear and tear) and they'll look into for you.”

“Benjamin at the checkout register has a really friendly attitude. So did a manager but regretfully I did not catch her name. These two people made my day today. I went to return a laptop which I ordered on line for curbside pick up. The HP laptop refused to let me load a printer driver and kept telling me it was not an HP software (duh). After many hours I gave up. Bad laptop! I forgot my receipt but these two worked patiently to try to locate my order for the return. We tried my credit card, my tel number and my email address. None of them found the order (system issue not their fault). I left with my laptop but found the e-mail order confirmation which had the barcode, want back inside the store and did the return. I appreciate Benjamin and the lady manager being so friendly and patient, which made me feel appreciated and valued.”

“After coming off Another provider for the last couple years I was looking for somebody who could actually provide good service, good customer service and reasonable pricing. I found Voip OC on yelp and boy I'm glad I did... They've proven to be more than capable, their customer service is excellent, they're always helpful and they've taken care of every request I've made quickly and efficiently. Oh... And they're pricing was the lowest I found. I think it's been about six months now and I just had another interaction with them today... And realized I had not reviewed them. Job well done guys... “Shooting professionally means I have deal with Canon's service center regardless of if I want to. I have had some great experiences, and some absolutely terrible ones.Canon can see all your gear registered with the company on your account. Yet some of their staff have treated me like an idiot who doesn't know what I'm talking about.The good experiences and helpful service are more frequent, but when it was bad, it was really bad. So, four stars guys...”

She's got me out of a few jams in regards to last minute large print jobs that I needed same day and she did it with a smile and friendly conversation.Thank you so much for the amazing customer service. “I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever. We needed to print booklets urgently, and since I had updated my computer, all the presets for printing booklets were gone. I called Advanced Office, and they sent us the amazing Melina. And WOW, she was able to install everything that we needed. We are printing the booklets right now, they are coming out perfectly, and that saved us a ton of money because we were able to print a large project in-house instead of outsourcing it. Melina was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Huge thanks! I really recommend this company!”

“I had a broken laptop that needed parts ordered and replaced/repaired. I called the manufacturer and they provided with me a couple of certified local options for repairs. I called 3 of the recommendations. Avacom stood out from the first phone call, as Barry was very informative and accommodating. I was able to take my laptop in that same evening. When I arrived Barry explained everything I could expect best case to worse case, as well a estimate of pricing that would be associated in either scenario. It's tech....unfortunately computers, TVs, phones, become obsolete in a very short period of time. I say that because you can't always tell until you get the computer up and running or diagnostics to know the extent. Barry assured me he would contact me as he learned more and he did! He would call to let me know what he found to be wrong, when the part(s) were ordered and expected, what cost to expect. I would absolutely recommend Barry and Avacom Computer Services.”

“When I opened my office four years ago, I asked a friend in my industry who provided his office copier. He referred me to Flame Point (formerly PMI) and said he was very happy with their service. My small office leased and eventually purchased a copier and scanner from PMI / Flame Point as well, and their service has been outstanding ever since. On my initial contact they asked about my business needs, and matched me with quality office machine from a reputable manufacturer (Ricoh), which has served my office well since 2015 and still runs great today thanks to their excellent maintenance program. Flame Point techs make regular visits to inspect my multifunction machine and perform cleaning and maintenance, including replacing parts that wear out over time BEFORE there is a breakdown. In over four years, with hundreds of thousands of pages processed, there has never been an extended stoppage. On the rare occasion when the machine requires immediate service, Flame Point has provided technicians quickly to get problems resolved. Highly recommended!”
