Shout out to Torrey from the maintenance team! I had an urgent issue my washing machine that was malfunctioning and he came within just a few hours to fix it over the new years holiday weekend. He was super respectful, professional, and friendly. I'll be asking for him from now on for all my future maintenance requests!

Park place is a great apartment community. Beautiful grounds, awesome amenities and maintenance is always on top of it. Tony has helped out a couple of times and does a great job.

Since I have moved here Steve from maintenance has been heaven sent. Maybe it’s because of the east coast connection we share. Definitely not because he’s a patriots fan lol ?. Anyways thanks for all that you do Steve.
