“Been in this complex for a little over a year and wanted to leave a review before my lease ends in two months. It’s been a great experience living here. The leasing office was super helpful when I was signing my lease, especially since I was moving from out of state. The office/maintenance is also very responsive and resolves any maintenance issues within two days. I’ve called for urgent matters and they have come resolve it within the same day. Everyone I’ve met in the office and maintenance are very nice and it has been easy living here. Quiet complex, plenty of guest parking (during normal hours) and there is even space in individual garages for storage.”

“We lived here for 6 years and the rent was kept pretty stable, the amenities were kept up well, and we had surprisingly few issues considering all the normal issues that can pop up with apartment living. The maintenance staff was one of the best parts about living here. We had folks come at 2am to fix things, the cleaning staff was always polite and efficient, and repairs were always done in a timely fashion. We had Alex come several times over the years to fix things, and we were lucky enough to have him do our move out inspection and get to say good bye. The Irvine Company is lucky to have folks like Alex on their team!”
“Jose is a kind maintenance person and is excellent at what he does. He very promptly replaced our entire dishwasher after having to haul it up two flights of stairs by himself! He was also very thorough in his efforts, showing me that the dishwasher was fully functional (no longer leaking, fixed open/close hinge, completed a cycle as expected).”

“The team here—Lizzy, Michael, Isaac—is absolutely outstanding.
We recently moved in and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Lizzy and Michael from the Resident Services office were incredible during our move-in process. They stayed in constant touch to ensure we had everything we need and went above and beyond to assist us with an apartment transfer request. Their support and responsiveness made the entire transition much easier.
Once we moved into the unit, Isaac from maintenance was equally fantastic. He was very easy to reach, communicated clearly, and made sure every concern we had was addressed. He personally handled a clogged sink and expertly coordinated with the plumber and carpenter for other repairs. He even followed up to help with some move-in cleaning concerns to ensure the apartment was in perfect condition.
Lizzy, Michael, and Isaac are true professionals who clearly care about the residents. Highly recommend this team!”

“Always clean and good amenities and let friendly. But seriously, what’s up with the fire alarms? This is the third or fourth time this year I’ve sprung out of bed with my heart jumping out of my throat at the sound of an ear piercing fire alarm going off at 4 am. It’s pouring rain outside and it’s just pretty unpleasant honestly. I never had this problem at my other apt. The maintenance is responsive I’ll give them that. Steve the plumber fixed my issue with my sink very quickly I was very happy about it.”
