“I go to this Assistance League for women’s clothing, decor (see photo), and pots for my plants.They also have jewelry, shoes, purses, kids clothing, toys, dinnerware.4/5 stars because the store is small-ish and prices are sometimes $10+ which is a hint expensive for certain secondhand items.But I’ve also seen Anthropologie and originally expensive clothing for like $6 - $12, which I love.”

“Great customer service and conversation always in this store. The brand is a premium brand, and the employees always go the extra mile. In the last few months I've had great interactions and help. Today Robby, was super helpful and went the extra mile. Good energy, good info and was chill. They have high quality products at all times and worth the price! They have a wide variety of socks and underwear for both genders. And then some other clothing. I'm a fan of this brand. Always had their socks but recently wanted a change with underwear. And that's where I went with stance. And my favorites are the poly blend and cotton. Great material and feels amazing. To be honest I was against paying more for underwear whether it's for chilling at home, going on dates or working out- I needed an upgrade for feel and durability. Stance is the brand.”

“I love it soooo much!!! I'm a huge merchandise collector and I came across the store and was shocked! They had sooo much merchandise, and the employees were so so nice to us, they showed us where things were and they had a huge selection of things. Hardly anything was out of stock and it was filled. The quality of everything was great too, to me, everything held great value, like funko pops, lounge fly bags, etc!”

“The girls who work here are always super helpful and very sweet. I love the variety of clothing available - especially this year! Whoever the buyers are for this season, are doings great job! My only dilemma is that the lights above the dressing rooms emit a lot of heat and it gets hot very quickly while trying on clothes which makes it very uncomfortable. Their A/C seems to be on very low as well so that makes the situation worse.”

“I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional customer service one of your employees provided this past month. When Volcom Online store had its sale for 40% off on wetsuits, I decided to try wearing a Volcom wetsuit for the first time. I've always worn a men's Medium/Short in every other brand, but when I ordered three MS wetsuits from Volcom (2mm, 3/2mm, and 4/3mm), I discovered they were all slightly too big. I was able to order the 2mm replacement in a size small online, but the 3/2 and 4/3 smalls were out of stock online. I called the Volcom store at Irvine Spectrum and Shep (Shepherd Edwards, Volcom Irvine Store Manager)... answered the phone. He was so incredibly helpful! Over the course of the next couple of days, he called stores around the state and country and obtained the other two replacements with no additional effort on my part. He acted promptly and always followed up with me regarding updates on the status of my replacements. I have been so disappointed with the customer service of certain other surfing retail establishments in recent years that I was floored by his professionalism and promptness. I asked him for his full name and the name of his manager so I could take a moment to express my appreciation. And the size small fits just right, by the way! Really enjoying the 4/3 now that the water temp has dropped a bit! Thanks again to Shep!”

“I've never had raita with so much black pepper that it tasted hit and spicy - but you can get it at India's Tandoori. The naan is quite good, the chicken curry was adequate, nothing to complain about. The v vegetable curry sauce was delicious, however the peas and carrots were clearly Frozen and not properly cooked. I have an extra Star because they didn't charge for the dish. Service was good.”

“I have been on the hunt for traditional old school 501 jeans. You may not know that although the tags of many levi's say Original 501s that is not actually the case. Levi has made the leap into more sustainable fabrics so there are many options now with stretchy denim like fabric that looks similar but the fit is really different. I hoped to find actual original 501 fabric in my size but that didn't happen on my visit to this store. The store is well organized with friendly helpful staff though and they did make alternate suggestions. I was able to buy some original 501s for my husband and it was a good experience overall. Left feeling like we had some success.”

“I was shopping for an outfit for a cocktail party and was very frustrated that I couldn’t find anything anywhere. I walked in to this store and was instantly greeted by Gail. Within minutes of me telling her what I needed, she had a dressing room full of outfits for me to try. She was so attentive and new exactly what I wanted. She asked my what my “vision” was and ran with it. Gail helped me find the perfect outfit including accessories. I couldn’t be happier with my outfit for my party, and the service from this location was outstanding! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!”

They were helpful the entire time I was there, and were so personable from beginning to end. They certainly deserve a raise and some praise. She was very patient with me and took extra steps to help get my order shipped as soon as possible.
