“The people who work there were GREAT. I was just shopping around getting some bread at the farmers market.I stopped by the thrift store and there was a kind old lady that works there offered me some free bread that was “freshly baked” she said that she saw me riding my electric scooter and gave me a reusable bag to go with it! What an awesome store the prices are more cheap than most thrift stores and this is the one I like the most. I live across the street and this store is a super relevant place to go thrifting. I would give it a 10\5 if I could.”

“Really accommodating kind volunteers who helped me when I dropped off donations. I left buying things as well, a coat and kitchenware. The store is well organized and reasonably priced.

Would be back to donate & shop in the future.”

“I was a first time visitor today but they earned a long time customer! I came here as a part of a list of thrift stores in Orange County and this one was the coolest location, best organized, and had THE BEST customer service. So helpful and so friendly. They have a lot of cool things for everyone and it was worth the trip. The prices are very fair as well! For context my sister (gen alpha) wanted to go thrifting for her birthday and we went to several thrift stores that did not meet her expectations. This was the only store that made her excited and where she found “cool pieces”. Keep in mind -I’m a Millennial, so is my husband and my other two sisters are millennial and gen z- and we all found cool pieces!”

“I’ve found Mercy to be a treasure chest full of amazing and unique items at a fraction of original retail prices, and by far less than the average local OC thrift stores. The staff members are both friendly and affable. The store is well organized and tidy! It is my favorite go to!?”

“Normally don't leave reviews but this place was so cheap ($4 for a Lululemon top) and Carrie was so nice. They do promos all the time as well. will definitely come back!”

“I love this shop, whether I’m shopping for home, myself or family I always find beautiful, reasonable gems. I would love to own this shop, what a dream to bless others while having fun. I may volunteer here if possible. God is so Good!!!!!”

“Awesome little shop, great selection of top-quality current merchandise at incredibly reasonable prices! And the staff takes such pride in their work. Do yourself a favor, stop by this lovely store when you're in the neighborhood (or go out of your way-it's worth it!)!

You know the rules of second-hand shopping/if today isn't your lucky day, just WAIT until next time! You'll love it!”

“Good thrift store all around. However, their men's clothing section is a bit small and they individually price most of their men's shirts which can be a bit pricey. For example, a couple of their used Travis Matthew polo shirts are $20. Any thrift store including Goodwill always have them for less than $9.”

“I absolutely love this thrift shop/ resale shop in Laguna Beach. My girlfriend and I stop there every time we go through Laguna they always have the cutest stuff! Amanda is so amazing and kind…… she even steamed one of the scarves that we bought because my girlfriend wanted to wear it that day….. it’s was so nice.
Really cool unique vintage items. Go there!! You won’t regret it”

“Great cause and happy to donate my or my family members’ clothing and other items here. I have some clothes I no longer fit in and chose this cause over others because I feel like they truly care about the community. I noticed a negative review below about prices and that person needs a reality check — you don’t haggle when the prices are already rock bottom and likely underpriced. If I had more money I’d pay up to 90% retail just to support their causes.”

“Large Store with everything you need.
Nice assortment with good prices.
Bought a large high quality suitcase today for 20$. the friendly and cheerful store manager brought it out from the back after watching us go through the displayed ones. „Always ask to check the back“ he said :)

Will try to come again before we leave LA!”

“Although we don’t purchase things here, as a former programmer with a partner who is not only a programmer but a CTO we often need to upgrade our hardware to perform at our best. It’s nice having somewhere to donate our perfectly workable computers, monitors and other techie items to others who need them but may not have access to them. From what I hear they have days where items are even more deeply discounted and it looks fairly organized. What a great and much needed community program keep up the good work!”

“My favorite thrift store I ever been too , not only is the selection great but the people who operate it are great as well . I would gatekeep the store but they deserve the recognition and support.”

“Cheaper than goodwill. I love it. A pair of grey sweatpants were $3, at goodwill they could've been $8. I Love coming here and spending my money, they have fair/affordable prices.”

“Came here for the first time today and to my surprise everything was 50% off. I was greeted and helped by Sylvia. She was very kind and helpful, making my first experience here amazing!”

“Great store and great customer service! It was definitely a relief to find an actual thrift store with thrift store prices in a circle full of absurdly expensive curated vintage stores. I ended up getting a Calvin Klein belt for two dollars, a really cute pair of star earrings for one, and a great pair of snakeskin boots with Vince Neil vibes (love him) for eight. The employees behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back”

“Grissell, Eduard, Ralph, Marilyn, and Robert have supported me on my home renovations for years. I have nothing but praise for the friendly staff. They have assisted me in bathroom and kitchen remodels and are always gracious.”

“Awesome customer service from Maria! The clothing is excellent quality and a good value price! I found a new-condition halogen (Nordstrom brand) blazer and some jewelry.”

“Ok prices. I've seen salvation army's that charge more than they do so.... Quality dishes and knickknacks. Not much selection as far as clothing - They had a ½ off sale, so maybe they're fazing it out. Doesn't have that used smell (only by the shoes - bound to happen), so that was an automatic Plus! VERY organized - absolutely love! Would definitely visit again.”

“I saved. Thrift is good. Yup.

Nice selection of furniture and everything else under the sun. Clothes, TVs, housewares, books, jewelry... it has everything!”

“I want to like this thrift store because I often find one or two good things here but it’s frustrating that there is no organization on the clothing racks. Nothing is by size, so you have to look at each individual item to check the size if you like the style. I’m a busy mom and want to come and look for stuff for my son or myself or my husband and it usually just takes too long. The staff are usually just there to socialize with each other. But I still keep coming back…”

“I thought it was time for an updated review of this Goodwill facility. As others have mentioned it is very convenient to drive up to the truck and unload. I also am very impressed by the staff here as they personify the reason that Goodwill is an American institution - they are great!
I had not parked correctly on my recent visit and they accommodated me anyway with caring and professionalism. I will continue to donate here with gratitude for the work that they do (with correct parking though).
Also shout out to one of the awesome employees there, Trevor, who is a wonderful ambassador of the company, hard working and polite, and thoughtful!”

“I came in as they opened at 9am on Wednesday 10-04-2023. Looking for a portable walking cane for my dw. Good news I found exactly what I was looking for and it was brand new. Staff very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and the layout orderly. I will return again.”

“Easy drop off in the rear for donations but some random workers are always disgruntled handling the donations. I don’t even say much, pull up and drop off but some workers want to act like you’re inconveniencing their life if your items aren’t properly sealed or not tied up.

“I have to say that one of your cashiers (Sarah) is SUCH A DELIGHT! She is always so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I see her do SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much more than just work at the register, she opens fitting rooms, puts items on the floor from those big rolling racks, she is willing to help anyone out no matter HOW BUSY the store is and ALWAYS does it was a HUGE smile on her face! Thank you, Sarah!! This store wouldn't be the same without you!!”

“Fair priced and well managed thrift store. It is mostly volunteer run so the hours are limited but it’s always great to stop by if you make it during their open hours!”

“A lot of really cool furniture and really not too crazy pricing! Very eclectic to very traditional, and everything in between.
Very nice and helpful, but NOT pushy salespeople. This location is larger than the second on Superior.”

“The OC Goodwill Boutique in Tustin, California, is a hidden gem for anyone who loves thrifting with style. Tucked into a cozy spot in The District, this boutique offers a curated selection that feels more like a trendy consignment shop than your average thrift store. The layout is clean and thoughtfully organized, with color-coordinated racks and themed displays that make browsing a pleasure rather than a chore.

You’ll find a surprising mix of high-end labels—think J.Crew, Anthropologie, and even the occasional designer piece—alongside gently used fast fashion, vintage gems, and stylish accessories. Prices are fair and often feel like a steal, especially for the quality. The staff is friendly, helpful, and clearly takes pride in keeping the store looking sharp.

What sets this location apart is its boutique vibe—perfect for shoppers looking for unique finds without digging through clutter. There’s even a small selection of home décor and giftable items that add to the charm. Whether you’re a seasoned thrifter or just dipping your toes into secondhand shopping, the OC Goodwill Boutique in Tustin offers a chic, sustainable alternative to mall retail. It’s the kind of place where you walk in for “just one thing” and leave with a bag full of surprises.”
