“Had an easy experience booking an appointment, the tires were delivered as purchased and notified, and yes the wait for an installation took a while end to end (from walking in for service check in and getting keys to drive off) but I had anticipated that already given any type of essentially walk-in service request for a very busy store. The staff pays attention to you, offers same day work on your car, and so overall I had a great experience counter to a lot of reviews here! As long as you know you're not the center of the world and can wait your turn in a venue as busy as the Costco markets themselves, the guys here are great. Just make an afternoon out of it if you're going to wait around - grab food and coffee at the food stand.”
