“WOW!This is a smaller Car rental business.The location on Garden Grove Blvd.If you,re looking for good prices, a clean vehicle, and stellar customer service, thenthis is the place for your car rental.I visited a local enterprise rent a car and found their prices way to high.When I entered Metro at 10022 Garden Grove Bvd the manager Was exceedingly helpful and friendly and got me into my rental within 20m. Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. “I actually had a great experience with U-Haul neighborhood dealer aside from them being closed at 6 PM when everybody else closes at 5 PM they had all the trucks available.. I was due to it in the next day, but I ran into some issues and I couldn’t therefore I had it for three days… With that being said, I had a great experience.. I forgot the young man’s name, but he was very helpful and even threw on a Dolly there at no charge?”

“After having moved numerous times over the years my wife (and friends) all know what a pain in the a$$ it is. Uhaul set us up with two of the best guys for the job. They showed up on time, with great energy and attitudes. We had 2bdrms an office living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, garage of tool boxes and tools. They both took great care and concern for our property. Loaded efficiently and utilized all available space in both the moving truck and when loading the storage unit. Thank you both Scott and Jacob. “Penske Perfect as usual! The lady and gentleman at the service desk, remembered me the first time I was there a year ago.! They Helped me right away and had me laughing way too early in the morning. Lol and every person in the shop I walked passed,put off a very positive vibe. The tech in the shop was very prompt in addressing a concern I had with a truck, and volunteered extra time to explain. And the gentleman from the service desk even came out and verified all my indicator lights were working on the truck. I have yet to have anything, other than positive experiences at penske!”

“I moved recently and needed to rent a van on two days in December - the 23rd and 26th. I was pleasantly surprised by the service that I received and the convenience scheduling they had so close to the holiday. This is a small local business and I'm very happy that I was able to support it.I met three people and all three we're outgoing, kind, and helpful. I was met at the road when I returned the vehicle and didn't even have to go inside. I received my receipt via email in a very short period of time. The billing was spot on and I really appreciate that they didn't waste the paper of printing everything out.I also want to point out that other reviews have a lot of hyperbole around the fact that there is a dog at this location. Bella (the dog) is probably one of the best trained canines I have met. She's a sweetheart. She's running around with a tennis ball in her mouth and trots up for a pet. I really can't State strongly enough that there is nothing frightening about this dog.Now with regards to parking, this business is located in an urban area and there is limited parking on the street. It's very limited. My opinion is that this is normal for this type of area. The other shops in the area also have limited parking and I have never had a U-Haul place that had unlimited free parking. So to put it simply, plan ahead.I want to thank the staff for making my two days of hauling and renting the pleasant experience. Anytime I need to rent a truck, this will be the place that I go.”
