Both the gentlemen that checked me in, as well as the guy that I turned my rental truck into later that day were very nice and professional. I would definitely rent a truck from U-Haul's Tustin facility again.

The truck worked fine and it was ready quickly. Easy return too. However same truck on two different weekends. One was $65 and the next week it was $127??

Not good at all,I left my therapeutic set cushion when I turned in the Truck. They did not have the curtesy of calling ne to let me know its left behind. When I asked fir the cushion they denied having it first, then they claimed someone took it. Very unprofessional!
