Never bank with US bank. They kept a wire transfer for 2 weeks while they investigated a completely irrelevant fact. No apologies, no nothing.

The staff seems nice but everything here goes very very slow and looks to be poorly run. There are no tellers, just 2 people working at a desk taking 25 -30 mins to open a checking account. Imagine going in for a simple withdraw and having to wait 30 mins on a Tuesday afternoon at 3 pm.
