Surprised to hear the negative reviews. I went in a few weeks ago and a lovely woman helped me mail a package to the UK - Friendly professional excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this post office for help.

Most ridiculous USPS office and its employees I have seen, even though I have minimal expectations from USPS. As I have signed us on USPS.com, I received a notification about a mail that will be delivered today, along with picture. I went to office 2 times, just because the my 1 of characters on my last name was misspelled, the mail never got delivered. It was an official document which I requested from another govt agency 2 months ago. I m least bothered about $11 I have spend again, my problem is that I have to wait another 2 months for same document. May all the employees who work in this facility endure the same situation again and again. Such a disappointment these people are.

We have already been standing in a queue of 2 people for 1.5 hours, while this ultra-modern company cannot find a second employee to issue parcels. It’s just a time theft for which you need to demand compensation

One of the worst post office experiences I’ve had. I went in around noon, arguably one of the busiest times of day, and there was only one person working the counter. Line was out the door. It looked like the rest of the staff was on lunch at the same time. Really poor planning. You’d think they’d stagger lunch breaks to maintain service during peak hours. Or they are just severely understaffed.
Frustrating experience and best to just avoid this location.

It’s incredible how long it takes to pick up a package. It’s as if they have no system of organizing packages. They have to look at the label of every package in the building to find yours.
The parcel drop was also broken
There is no signage to inform where to wait in line for package pickup
There’s also poor ventilation in the building.

I had a small international package that was supposed to be delivered to my door on April 17th. Instead, I received a text message saying a delivery attempt was made and a note was left because a signature was required. However, when I checked my door immediately after the message, there was no one there and no note left at the door. I later found the note inside my mailbox, which means the delivery person didn’t even attempt to reach my door or confirm if I was home. That part of the experience was disappointing.
However, when I went in person to the USPS location on Sand Canyon to pick up my package, the service was excellent. Even though the line was long, a staff member quickly noticed I was holding the pickup note and guided me to the correct spot to wait. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful, and the overall in-person experience was very smooth and positive.
Big thanks to the team at the Sand Canyon USPS office for their great customer service! I just hope future delivery attempts include an actual visit to my door, especially when a signature is required.

I have gotten used to the low efficiency here, but from a certain perspective, USPS does solve many important needs functionally and is quite convenient.

The people here, especially Ebony was so kind and helpful. I thought my package sent to Taiwan was lost in the mail and she helped me look for it day after day. Luckily, the package arrived safely and I am just so thankful for all her help.
I am truly grateful for the team here at Sand Canyon location.
I will keep coming here because of the excellent customer service.
Highly recommend.

The most disastrous postal service I have ever dealt with.
First, they have never delivered a single package to my home—not once. Second, today the manager boldly lied to my face, claiming that my package was on a truck and that the courier had attempted delivery. That was a complete fabrication.
I received a notification that my package was at the post office, so I drove there, only to be met with outright refusal to even look for it. Instead, the manager told me that the courier would deliver it to my home tomorrow. Another blatant lie! They never deliver!
This location is a disgrace. They lie, waste your time, and refuse to do their job. Avoid it at all costs!

The employees at this post office are much much better than most. A usual post office employee makes the sloth in Zootopia look like Warner Brother’s Roadrunner. Sunny is especially nice and very knowledgeable and helpful!
