Walked in the store on 06-30-25 @ 12:10pm. Stood there and waited 20 minutes. Not one of the two employees even acknowledged me or said what time frame it would be to get help. As I was standing there patiently, the two male employees started talking in a foreign language so nobody that was in the store could understand what they were saying. So unprofessional. I now know why I will never be a Verizon customer again. Absolutely the worse customer serves I have ever had to deal with.

I upgraded my phone with Bardia at Verizon and he hooked me up with a free phone and line. Definitely will come back

I was just there, I had to walk out, A trainne was being minimized by the trainer in while he was helping me, constantly pickering at him.
I felt embarrassed and sad for the trainne.
I just had to leave.
That is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
If there is a problem the trainer should talk to him in private.

I love this store. Briana and Rasam were knowledgeable about their products. They clearly explained differences in plans to help me make an educated decision for me. I highly recommend the store on Alton and Jeffrey in Irvine.

I went in recently to purchase a new phone for my husband and I and was so please with the service here. I had went to a different Verizon store right before and had a terrible experience with the person that helped me out. When I came in to this store Joe turned my day around. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get me the best deal for a trade in. He helped me set up my phone and even made sure I was aware of exactly what I was paying for. He went as quickly as he could and got me in and out. I was very thankful for this experience and will go to this Verizon store every time.
