I went in recently to purchase a new phone for my husband and I and was so please with the service here. I had went to a different Verizon store right before and had a terrible experience with the person that helped me out. When I came in to this store Joe turned my day around. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get me the best deal for a trade in. He helped me set up my phone and even made sure I was aware of exactly what I was paying for. He went as quickly as he could and got me in and out. I was very thankful for this experience and will go to this Verizon store every time.

Diego and his team provided the most exceptional service. Normally, I have a hard time with technology and accessories but Diego made the process fast and easy! It was one of the best times I could’ve had when getting a new phone. Keep up the good work, guys!

The staff attitude was rude. No smile or patience throughout the service. This experience was completely different from my previous one at Verizon. Won't visit this place again.

Waited at least 25 mins to be helped. He Got done with the customer, asked if we had a quick question, we said "no" (we came to purchase a new phone) and told us he had to leave to the other store. Could have told us while we waited in line that he had to leave instead of having us waste our time to be told this. Disappointed.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely livid at this point w the fact that I traded in my phone 8 months ago and still have yet to receive my $800 credit. It's been a ridiculous experience with Verizon... I was told it would take 2 months to process = May. I didn't follow up until July. Verizon said they had no record of my trade in. Call the store. Called the store. They said they see a note of trade in but no evidence I actually traded it in?!! The sales guy who helped me is also no longer an employee... They have to review camera footage to verify I actually handed in the phone?! They took 2 months to verify = September. Manager said Regional Manager needs to approve of a ticket he submitted to process trade in credit. He said it would take some time, up to 2 months to process..EVEN though I should have gotten this credit months ago. Waited patiently...2 months have gone by. It's November. On the phone now for the 2nd time today... they made me go into the store to reset my PIN code to give me a status update. I did so...went into a store and reset it. When I called they didn't even need that PIN code?! Wasted more time... And wait for it...still no record of trade in?!! Whatttt...for real? Put me on hold and found it...but now has to do more research about the promotions being offered when I traded it in?! He has to submit a ticket? What happened to the other ticket the store manager submitted to regional manager?! so DONE. 45 min later..they are still doing research? They assured me that I'll get my trade in credit processed within 3-5 business days..we'll see.

Joe was my customer specialist and he was great. Professional, informative, knowledgeable and very kind to this older customer. He assisted with my purchase and service upgrade with Verizon. While updating new phone info he was able to help other customers with their questions. It was a pleasure to see him help others. Thanks to Joe for all his help. He is great

Terrible ass service. Take your money to another Irvine location, please. Went to try to pickup my phone and had confirmed with customer service that I'm set to pickup my phone at the location. Dude opens the safe for 10 mins just to tell me I had to re-input the order so I don't pay extra store upgrade fees vs. online and they said it's not available for pickup yet and didn't get a confirm from customer service rep. Probably another sales spiel. So I ordered again and finally got the confirmation through text on 11/12 and I have 3 days to pickup. Now, I was not able to pick it up but I called ahead of time to extend and customer service AGAIN confirmed that they've extended again for 1 day and actually called the store. I come today to pick it up and they AGAIN say that they didnt get any calls from customer service. Alright, so it's either no one picks up the calls in the store, or customer service is lying which is both terrible. Either store ops is broken or people need re-training 101, but save yourself the headache and go to another location, which I did and got my phone pretty smoothly and didn't have to wait 1 wk+

This store does not even deserve a one star. My mom went in to replace my handicapped uncles phone. (she made this clear and made it clear how important it was that he has a phone) The "Manager" Josh, I believe is his name, did something to make her process "quicker" and she paid for the activation and for him to set up the phone. She left and he said it was all good to go. They did not transfer the contacts- which they said they couldn't but another store did. So I went to help add all the contact to his phone- the phone did not work and was not activated. (even though this was supposed all set to use) I went back to the store and Josh was still there along with two other guys- not one of them could figure out how to "activate" or make the phone work. After sitting there for an hour, I had to leave. I said keep the phone and I will come back in the morning to get it. He said ok, I will get it all set, have it wrapped for you and call you when it is ready. I did not get a call. I got off work went back in and absolutely nothing had been done with the phone. Josh was now working at another store. Not one worker tried to help the situation of the mess up that Josh did. They attempted again and nothing. I returned everything, got a refund and left to go to an actual corporate Verizon. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY VERIZON STORE. Side note: while I was there another person was there yelling at them for refund/money/collection reasons. This is a terrible place, and the workers have no idea what they are doing.

I was having a particularly rough day and Diego, the sales associate, as well as the manager, were both very kind and helpful. I was helped in an efficient manner, but on top of all of that the employees were kind and patient with me. Diego went above and beyond to help me today. I’m so grateful

I would like to highly compliment and recognize the excellent Verizon Manager, Josh, in the Alton Square shopping area. I have gone to that store on numerous times for different issues and Josh has always exhibited superb customer service skills and HAS ALWAYS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FULLY SATISFY HIS CUSTOMERS! He is to be commended for his superior service to his customers! He should be promoted and be recognized as the outstanding Verizon representative who trains all other employees. Josh’s presence is a genuine asset to your reputable organization! Thank you, Josh!
