Amazing service here. Just moved to the area and this is my new local Verizon store. I was greeted by Bilal, and he walked me through the entire process adding a new line to my account. Very good customer service and friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you Bilal!

I have to truly say that I am completely and utterly impressed with the service I received at the Verizon store at Spectrum. I was very lucky to have met Shasha as my customer service rep. Shasha patiently walked me through my options. His expertise prompted me to transfer 4 lines from T-Mobile. Over the course of a week, Shasha and Yassir methodically helped to seamlessly transfer 4 business phone lines over. Truth be told, Shasha & Yassir gave far better service than the Ritz Carlton.

we came here when my phone broke unexpectedly and they helped with my upgrade and download my info from my old phone. Gabe was amazing and so great to work with. He was so professional, knowledgeable and made the process seamless.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION. Myself and even the Verizon representatives I’ve spoken to say DO NOT GO to this store, as it is actually Victra (not Verizon corporate), and falsifies deals. I would give 0 stars if I was able to. I purchased from them 6 months ago and I am still dealing with Verizon over the phone to fix billing issues they created. They promoted a fake deal to me, so I am getting charged an extra $600 since leaving their store. In addition to that, their representatives are very difficult to deal with, they were much later in delivering the product I needed to their store than they promised, and the internet on my watch wasn’t even working once I left the store. I went back into their store twice regarding billing and they said they were unable to help me. I like Verizon as a phone company, but in regards to this store, again, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION. They were not easy to deal with in the moment and since purchasing a phone and watch from them, they have only created so many more billing headaches. 100% definitely go to another Verizon corporate location to purchase a Verizon product.Update- still pending resolution on my issue, but going back into the store, the new manager Yesi was very very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire previous staff and management at the store have been replaced and my impression from Yesi is that the store will have less issues in the future.

Gabe took care of our account. Set us up with the current account rather than our old grandfather one. He explained everything well and in detail. Even offered the Internet option at home. Ask for Gabe he’ll help you out with everything you need.Thank you for taking care of us.

I had nothing but a great experience with the store. I ran into an issue previously and their new store manager, Yessi, was able to fix it almost immediately. She was very professional and understanding. I was getting nowhere with the Verizon reps on the phone with made me even more frustrated. Yessi listened to my concerns, acknowledged what went wrong and had a solution to fix it. She set realistic expectations which is what I appreciated. I was pleasantly pleased and will continue to go to this store if I run into any issues.

I wanted to thank Yesi for her amazing management, l had a problem with my phone trade in and I was nearly gonna lose $1000 for this issue! She helped me a lot and solved my issue. she is very nice and helpful. She was really responsible and did not fail to help me. I am very grateful for what Yesi had done for me. ??????

Yesica the new manager helped me solve a very big problem I had. A representative here screwed up my account and Verizon was charging me for $880 that I was supposed to be credited for monthly in my account . I have been coming to this store to fix this since August and no one knows how to help. They tried their best but no one was able to help me. Until December when I met her she was so nice and listened to me. I am a Verizon customer for over 15 years and she believed me the first time. She knew exactly how to help and she took her time to explain to me my solution! She never lied to me ever since December she’s been really helpful today I finally got my issue fixed ! I was patient and so was she ! Thank you Yesi!THIS STORE IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENTNEW REPRESENTATIVES THAT ACTUALLY CARE AND WILL HELP YOUTHANK YOU VERIZON FOR FINALLY GIVING YOUR CUSTOMERS A TRUSTWORTHY STORE TO VISIT

Just wanted to put in an awesome word for Shasha amazing sales representative who helped me with my complex issues and was extremely patient and diligent and knowledgeable, 12 out of 10 is an understatement!! Look forward to coming back for any of my Verizon related issues !! Thanks Shasha!!!!

My phone sustained water damage, and I was due for a new phone. Yasir first greeted me when i went into the store and told me he would be able to get me a great deal on a new phone. Gabe, Bilal, and Able were vey helpful in getting me all squared away. They first fixed my old phone and were able to wipe out the data clean from it so that i can apply the phone towards a new phone. They secondly gave me a very good deal on the trade in value, and they were so helpful and personable the entire experience. I highly recommend visiting this Verizon store over any other Verizon stores out there. One thing to note, they do not have a sign in kiosk so don't get stressed out that everyone waiting will try to jump the queue, they will make sure you will be seen in the order you arrive.Again, I'm really happy i made the decision to go to the Irvine Spectrum Verizon.
