Worst customer service and will not help you when you close an account out to get your money refunded to you. Refused to send it in a paper check form either. Guess they just going to steal my money from me since they won't return it back to me.

Wells Fargo chooses to enrich itself through dishonest means. It will keep loan payoffs & auction off homes anyway. If it can't make you continue paying, it will change the loan numbers the sell the loan to another company. Keeping you in debt. Your home being paid off won't stop Wells Fargo from taking it.
