The phlebotomists and technicians are described as fast, professional, polite, knowledgeable, and informative, performing painless and fast blood draws. The staff is also friendly. The lab is located on the second floor of a building that looks like a parking garage, which can be a bit hard to find, but there is an elevator available. There is free parking on the ground floor, making it accessible. It is close to a local doctor's office. The sign-in procedure is easy. The lab takes a lunch break from 12 to 1 PM. A point of caution involves billing. Patients should get clear, written proof of payment and what will be billed, as there have been instances of billing errors requiring multiple calls to resolve, which was a hassle. Despite this, the overall experience is highly praised as a strong contrast to other labs, leading many to state they will continue to come back.

I found this lab on the Labcorp website and decided to give it a try! I've been at all different hours of the morning during weekdays and there is no wait. I am usually in and out very quickly. The phlebotomists are fast and professional so I will continue to come back!
