“I got tested for Covid 19 and thank goodness the result came back negative. It was so efficient and easy. I made my appointment online. When I got there they said to call a number from my car. I parked and someone came out and lightly swabbed the edges of my nostrils. Just around fifteen minutes later they delivered my results. I was parked in their parking lot for less than twenty minutes. So easy. One thing to note is that you have to submit your receipt to insurance yourself.”
“The girl who drew my blood was super friendly and very professional. I did not feel any pain from the needle or the draw. She was attentive and an excellent phlebotomist. I cannot remember her name but she had dark long hair and wore glasses, and she told me she was a floater. Please THANK her for a wonderful experience!”

“This lab offers excellent services with convenient walk-in appointments. There’s usually no wait time, which is a big plus.
The lab is located on the second floor, and there's an elevator available.
Lunch break is from 12 to 1 PM.
Additionally, there’s free parking available on the ground floor, making it even more accessible.”
“I came here for COVID-19 test with QR Code for travel. Shannon is exceptionally kind and courteous after going through another site that lied on their site about 24 hour turnaround and QR code is Not available any longer.”

“I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. Scheduling an appointment through their website was easy, and they also offered an app for convenience.
The express check-in at their kiosk was straightforward and only required my personal information, scanning my driver's license and insurance card. I hope they can offer more than one kiosk to reduce wait times. The staff was professional and courteous, and the blood draw was quick and smooth.
Overall, the process was quite impressive and efficient. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics for their efficiency and excellent service.”

“I visited Labcorp recently for lab work. The waiting area is small, but they had several front desk staff and three self-check-in machines, which helped things move quickly.
Quest has a bigger waiting area but only one check-in machine. However, its online appointment system is much better than Labcorp’s—easier to use and more reliable. If Labcorp can improve its online system, the experience would be close to perfect.
The check-in process at Labcorp was smooth, and I didn’t wait long before being called. Labcorp did a good job.”

They have been CAP accredited since 2013, which is difficult to obtain. You can trust their results.”
“A place I visited in a crowded city when I returned home during my first visit to the United States.I used it for inspection on weekends, and I remember that it opens at 10 o'clock on weekends.The staff were friendly regardless of the customer's age.In preparation for any unexpected situation, he confirmed the email spelling and changed contact information to the SIM card, and also kindly provided detailed instructions.Although each person's feelings will be different, I was able to return home in a good mood thanks to the very kind response and examination.I received the test results the next morning, so there was no problem.thanked. take care of yourself!”
“The staff was polite and professional; I didn't experience the problems reported by others. I waited less than half an hour as a walk-in. I appreciated not having to pay for parking vs. a LabCorp location closer to my home that's in a hospital.
My reasons for only giving 4 out of 5 stars are:
1) I couldn't make an appointment at any local LabCorp, at a reasonable time in the morning (fasting) within a 2-week window. The LabCorp appointment web site is terrible, with many issues like the map zooming into a point off-center and inability to enter a desired time then find available locations. I reported this via a web site link but haven't received a reply.
2) The display of patients at this location had many greyed-out appointments, as if they had made an appointment but not yet shown up. This was maddening, especially given the time I wasted online trying to make an appointment.
3) The waiting area wasn't large enough nor did it have enough chairs to handle the peak crowd.”

“Everyone here is super kind and caring, I have gone here for a few years now for my health. Carolina along with the other staff are very respectful and sweet. I feel very welcomed and don't feel any type of discomfort. The location is very clean and follows Covid-19 guidelines properly. This is a very clean and sanitary facility which I recommend everyone to come to! 11/10 will continue to come here.”
