“Simply a great bank how are they unlike Bank of America, where i needed to setup an appointment to replace a lost/steal card really? So i called to report it on phone with BoA 2+ hour to get a live person.
At FPCU you can walk in and take to a rep on the spot worst case their busy you might wait 20 only once did i have to wait that long in over 7 years.
Only down side is they dont have any branch outside of california but their growing.”
“I recently experienced a stressful issue involving a time-sensitive escrow wire transfer during my new home purchase, and I cannot thank Credit Union of Southern California enough for the outstanding service I received from Josh, Andy, and Eric.
Instead of treating me like just another account, they listened, communicated, followed up, and handled my situation with professionalism, empathy, and care. Josh personally called to confirm my funds were released, Eric advocated for me, and Andy took the time to review everything thoroughly.

“We have banked here for a few years and have very much appreciated ACCU's Christian values (+ specifically it's statement of faith!). We've also always received great customer service by phone (we live out of state). It's a little inconvenient to deal with the card limit, but as long as we plan ahead, it has easily been increased when needed for a purchase (since ACCU isn't open on the weekend, this requires planning before the weekend arrives). The rates on the High Yield savings acct are better than many other places we've checked.
Update 3/12/26 - ACCU rep Edward was PHENOMENAL. So kind, listened and took care of all the concerns/details, bent over backwards to help, super humble and helpful!!”

“This credit union is the best at customer service. My family is leaving WF because there is no customer service provided. They mess up so far all requests for service online. Which is the only way to get help or request service. WF is impersonal, white washed, and we are done with it. FCU is colorful, personal and they care to fulfill your requests in real time. Don't waste your time with other institutions. FCU is the real deal.

“Great customer service overall. My only issue is with the ATMs. I've been a member for years and continue to be happy with the staff, but I’m trying to understand what’s going on with the ATM situation.
Years ago, I assumed the ATMs were out of service because they looked outdated. This year, they were finally upgraded—the new machines look great, and I was thrilled to see they worked after hours. But when I returned a couple of weeks later… dear Jesus, the ATM was out of service again.
I genuinely don’t understand what the problem is. If I use another credit union’s ATM, I get charged. I’m really unsatisfied with these ongoing ATM issues.”

“I was recently informed of this credit union by a great patient of mine. He spoke highly of the branch and recommended me to become a member. From the initial interaction with Lorena( a qualified,knowledgeable and helpful representative at the Arcadia location) she was nice and answered any questions I had. If you are seeking to join a credit union, I highly suggest inquiring with Foothill credit union.”
“UPDATE: A CCCU rep personally reached out to me and went above and beyond to fix this after it was brought to her attention. I'm impressed with the follow up, and have updated my rating to 4 stars. However, I hope the room for improvement will come in ceasing outsourcing their dispute process to third party handlers who drop the ball several times.
I filed a dispute on an item that was never delivered to my residence this summer. The business did not provide me any tangible/photographic evidence of delivery. So, I filed a dispute. CCCU asked for additional information. I provided said information, now, 4 times. The first time they said it was in a format they couldn't open, so I resent it. Then my dispute was closed because they did not receive it. (please see attached how many times I resent it). Then they reopened the dispute, but then closed it out AGAIN for not replying the mail that I even SPOKE to a representative and verified the resend with! Would you believe they did it to me a FOURTH TIME now?! I need to speak to someone at CCCU not one of their OUTSOURCED reps, to actually DO SOME DUE DILIGENCE and get this right and explain to me why you've now ignored my emails 4 times.”
“Plenty of parking, they have restrooms, a snack machine, and a coin machine. Free coffee and flyers for attractions and tourism. They have a seating area available for kids. ATM's are outside, but they only have 2 available. Security guard on-site.”

“I've just met two of the nicest people to have open an account with. Normally, banker staff are rude or have a chip on their shoulders. But not these two, Alejandra Barberena and Gina Garcia. First off, they open the door right on time, greeted me with a smile and maintained professionalism throughout my account process. “When we bought our 2nd home they gave us the best deal and service. Now, with my new car I am financing some part of it, so I can purchase the extended warranty. A way of feeling safer by purchasing A Ford vehicle. However, we shopped around several credit unions. We looked at several Credit unions, some credit unions from work, and we also looked at many other credit unions. Nobody was able to beat their APR, of 3.49. Thank you Mr. D. Soleta and Vanessa”

Today, May 9, 2026, we got assisted by Juana. She went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. She was very detailed in her work and we appreciated it as we were dealing with a lot of technical documents. And even though we went over our scheduled appointment time, she adjusted her schedule and accomidated us.”

“The staff is very kind and helpful. I love they were honest that the wait might take a while but it was only 30min and I expected it to be much longer cause they helped like a good 8 people ahead of me! I got the kindest most informational employee, Alejandra set my account so fast and she was so kind enough to help me apply to a credit line which I got approved thankfully. I never felt like I was asking to much questions and all my questions were answered and she even shared tips and advice for me since I just recently became a military wife. I feel so much support from her and if I have any more questions or worries about my account. I know I have a reliable, knowledgeable, and kind person here at this location! “I just want to say Juana was a literal angel. I had my car and mailbox broken into and someone kept accessing my accounts. I felt overwhelmed, helpless and violated. I was literally at the brink of tears walking into the bank. I was already dealing with a loss in the family so this fraudulent activity was more than I was able to bare at the time. I went to the Garden Grove location and although the teller was nice she didn’t really help me in any way. Juana took her time, listened and gave me the number to the identity protection department. I really believe God makes no mistakes and sent me an angel in my time of need. She was so professional and empathetic . She started an account for me but it was more like a therapy session and she was my therapist. She listened,shared stories of her pup and even got my dog some dog treats from the back. There really are NO words to express how grateful I am. It is just an example of no matter the job or position, a person of God is always doing Gods work. So grateful and thankful. Thank you Juana (from me and Chewbacca) for being my angel when I was about to break.”
