“I recently purchased a 2009 mercedes benz 450. I was not sure what was done or needed to be done. I had an oil change and they looked over the car for me at no extra charge. The oil change was done, fluids checked and emailed me some things that should be done soon.
They were professional, polite and friendly. RPM is the place I will continue to go to for my repairs! Price was excellent ?”

“Went there this morning for the first time. Had one destroyed tire needed a new one. Got there at 8am, done and completed at 825 and the two guys were working two other customers at the same time. Don’t let the tires and autos and cars and dirt turn you off. These guys know tires, they are economical, easy to work with and very good at what they do. I will return when needed in the future.”

“I was very reluctantly going to sell my car because I was told that it needed a new engine and a timing chain. Luckily, a wonderful tow truck driver, Mechael, seemed to know the car was repairable and advised that I tow my car here to Ram Auto Repair and let Jose look at it. I’m so Grateful for that advice. Jose had my car diagnosed within a day as an electrical issue and repaired within four days. Jose, Diego and Ricardo and Ram Automotive is by far the most honest and capable mechanics I have ever known. I would selfishly prefer no one else know about them, but I can’t seem to withhold sharing this review. For all you ladies out there who have repeatedly felt taken advantage of by mechanics, this is your shop.”

They would provide great and HONEST feedbacks. Thats very important because thats what a customer should be told. If there is something that doesn't need immediate attention, they wouldn't just push on it just because of getting that business.
Melody, the service consultant is always the one i go to for help and shes one of the best there! Dont overlook that shes a lady but she's knowledgeable and she knows she stuff. Great lady and she goes out and does extra! This is why my brother and I would take all our cars there for service.
They tend to get very busy the start of the week especially Mondays and Tuesdays so if you are planning to go in, call them ahead of time and make an appointment.”
