They topped off my coolant, took the time to show me what they noticed and after cleaning it up instructed me on what to be looking out for. No unnecessary upsales, just straightforward, honest professionalism.”

I had purchased a Jiffy Lube gift card from
Costco down the street to use for a simple oil change. Upon using the gift card for the first time, the machine was not accepting the card for some reason (even after restarting the machine). I contacted Jiffy Lube’s customer service and was basically told that there was not much the center could do beyond having the store input the card directly. Frank helped me input the card number and again the machine was not accepting the card.

After looking at my situation and predicament I was in, Frank simply offered me the oil change on the house.

Outstanding customer service and I certainly will be servicing this Jiffy Lube location for all future oil changes.

***nothing on this store’s fault, but highly disappointed in the gift card situation from Jiffy Lube & Costco to force the customer to act as a liaison between both the admin center & store. Still not resolved as of the typing of this review.”

“No issues, went in for a high milage oil and filter change $46.99. Great price with oil, filter, labor and no mess for you to have to deal with. Very systematic and the representative taking the order was helpful and knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me any other service even when i asked if theres anything I should buy or another service that would help the vehicle before a smog check.. They're just guys doing a job and it gets done. After the oil change went and got a smog check it passed no issues.”
