“They fit us in for a pre-purchase inspection. Rogelio looked over the vehicle and was speedy and thorough. We really appreciated how much he noticed and pointed out. He was super knowledgeable and answered all our questions.”
“Excellent service from the time I arrived at the shop ?Sang Cao assisted me and made me feel like he wanted my business! Took care of the issue with my car and price was reasonable.
Thank you so much.
I highly recommend it.”
“Just went to get my oil checked and Andy was great helped me right away and so courteous and helpful,. The Manager though seemed like he was really having a bad day. Scowl on his face , no eye contact, I didn’t feel welcome or that I was bothering the store because I wanted my oil checked. I was told when I got my oil changed there I could come in anytime to get my oil checked and since I was taking a trip I did but the Manager seemed like I was wasting their time, so sad for the bad customer service experience, but Andy way Great, Thanks GregGene Alvarez”
“I got my oil changed done today and Alex helped me out so much great service. It was quick. It was a great deal. I’m very thankful for him and his team.”

“My wife's car needed an oil change and after paying an arm and a leg at the Valvoline shop I decided to go back to Magic Touch and let me tell you that I am not going anywhere else again. The oil change was reasonable and affordable. The real magic comes from the staff. George and his team inspected my vehicle and alerted me that my coolant was leaking. They topped off my coolant, took the time to show me what they noticed and after cleaning it up instructed me on what to be looking out for. No unnecessary upsales, just straightforward, honest professionalism.”
