“I found the place on Google near my job and chose it based on its reviews. It was a friendly and fast service provided by Edwin, who was very professional and well-coordinated. The part I didn't like, or that I'm just not used to, was their way of upselling more services—it felt very robotic, rehearsed from a script, and pushed things you don't really need just to make an extra sale. I went in for a synthetic oil change for about $90 and ended up paying $205, even with a discount and a coupon. With a few additives they sold me, a replaced brake light bulb, and a check of other components, the price kept climbing. Truthfully, it borders on the line between reasonable and expensive. They sell you a bit on their whole pitch, but the service is fast—and honestly, it’s better than Jiffy Lube, believe me.”

“I bought a 25 year old Honda Civic for my commute to school and home. I knew the car needed some TLC. I needed a smog check and a couple of shops down I saw Precision Automotive and so glad I found them. Marco and his son Antonio took really good care of a lot, at what I thought to be a fair price. Breaks fixed. Oil change. Fluids flushed. My radiator I found was broken a couple of weeks later we talked about that in keeping an eye on it, and well I didn’t want just anyone to fix it. I knew where to take my car to and that was Precision Automotive in West Covina. I know my car is in the great hands of Marco and Antonio.”

“Highly recommend L&T Japanese Automotive. I brought my 2004 Toyota Tundra in for some much-needed maintenance and they were extremely thorough with the inspection and the work they performed.
They took care of the timing belt service along with the water pump, replaced the radiator and thermostat, addressed the drive belt/tensioner and noisy bearings, and took care of other preventative maintenance items they found during the inspection.
I really appreciate having a shop that specializes in Japanese vehicles and knows these older Toyotas well. They took the time to explain what they found and what needed attention, communication was great throughout the process, and everything was handled professionally.
My Tundra is running great after the work and I feel a lot better knowing these major maintenance items have been taken care of. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be bringing it back to L&T for future maintenance and repairs.”

“I've been to a lot of mechanics but nothing compared to mini cooper and BMW experts. Walking in and meeting the owner Ben who was extremely helpful, kind and patient to explain the issues with my car. I came in with a check engine light with the car stating malfunctioning and to reduce power. Right away he did an diagnostic test found some issues with the car. Apparently my intake snorkel was split into two pieces. Test drives contined to stall on my car. Ben didn't give up and figure let's reprogram the computer. Problem solved. Thank you for being patient and not giving up and being fair with the prices. And thank you for Peter for making the day enjoyable while I was hearing your stories and easing my anxiety. Thank you to Ben and the crew for not being another mechanic shop but people who care about their customers. Hope to work with you in the future...Hopefully not sooner.
