really just horrible people with a total lack of morals, good luck getting any of your security deposit back regardless of how good you left the place

Great rental experience, maintenance request are answered in a timely manner and the property manager is very friendly and helpful. All properties are very well kept. If you are looking to rent in Isla Vista I would highly recommend.

the WORST leasing company you could possibly imagine. Unhelpful, consistently rude and above all thiefs. Took the majority of our security deposits because they hired their contractors at a rate of nearly 50/hour. That's insane. If you can, I would HIGHLY recommend leasing with someone else
