My mother passed away recently and I brought some of her jewelry in that was in a state of disrepair; particularly a diamond and platinum wedding set. Julia sat with me, cried with me, listened to me, and took the time to find the best way to restore my mother's ring. I left with a sense of peace that this most precious piece of my mother was in the best possible hands.
