“This shop is extraordinary! I love it so much! When I walked in the door and found that the floor is completely covered with loose bricks; I started dancing as they make musical sounds! Besides that it is filled with fun Knick Knacks and decor from all over the world! I’m so happy it is still in the same place; though I wish it could be in my town! “My go to jewelry store!!! Almost all my jewelry is from joyeria Latina Americana. All the ladies that work there are so sweet and welcoming and so is the new guy too! The place is kept really clean and organized. They have a posada party once a year in December (they have food/raffles/giveaways). If you don’t know what that is, look it up! It’s just an overall great jewelry store! This place will always be my go to spot to shop for new pieces.”

Carlos and Lila were extremely sweet and welcoming and presented so many options for me with different price ranges. They had it finished on time quickly and Lila went out of her way to be at the store even though it wasn’t open due to extreme rain, to be ready for me to come pick up the Jewelry. “EDIT: i went in yesterday for help with an angry piercing and these piercers went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and make sure i felt comfortable taking care of my piercing to help it heal properly. they’ve truly made me feel so much better about coming in and getting piercings, and i recommend them 100%.
i’ve had a few piercings here, and every time the people behind the desk have made me feel unwelcome and unwanted. i’ve heard great things about this place but the atmosphere needs some work. hiring friendly people would be a good idea! i don’t want to feel like i’m stupid or wrong when asking for advice. great piercings, knowledgeable piercers, not so grateful ambiance and customer service. i’ve also had poor interactions with people on the phone at this place, every question i ask is met with an aggressive tone and makes me feel like im a burden for calling and asking.”
