She really tries to work with you to solve issues, and understands we are college students with specific college student needs.Don’t know how there’s such a low rating tbh cuz I always recommend Embarcadero as one of the better landlords around here. Perhaps the previous landlord had issues, but the current one’s definitely changed things since then.”
