Not to mention they received my prints same day and was approved the same day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing it done ASAP.”

“Beautiful. It was perfect. From the setting, the customer service, and the access to this is a blessing. I came in the morning and this employee greeting me with a nice welcoming. I forgot to bring a box so I decided to buy one from their store. The employee realized it was too big for what I was planning on shipping on which he accommodated me for a smaller and less pricey box. 10/10 will definitely recommend. ??”
“I have been here twice to send a package expeditiously and both times I have been real happy with my experience. Rebecca especially goes above to be helpful. Both times she gave me a more proper fitting box for my packages as well as saved me money with those options. Efficient and pleasant!”

“Super friendly employees. Their busiest times are during lunch and around 2-2:30 when people are trying to mail stuff out before last call but I love that they have a kiosk where you can pay/print a label and drop it off and avoid the long line. I go in 5 days a week to pick up/drop off mail and they greet me almost every time.”

I still have yet to get a hold of anyone over there, my package just disappeared. Sarah as long as Maria from UPS have done what they can. At this point I do feel defeated. I have tried filing a claim and it was denied do to my package being in Red lands Ca.but can't be found..”

“This is old town Visalia. Or at least this post office reminds me of it. I'm always welcomed with a smile, and assisted appropriately. I typically use the UPS store by my house so I was slightly confused with my last visit. I was.... borderline obnoxious with all the assistance I really needed to send 2 packages and 1 special piece of male and the gentlemen was more than willing to help ( and without judgement). Overall, I'll be back!”

“Despite some other reviews of people experiencing rude customer service here, I've been here many time and have always experienced very helpful and friendly service. The ladies that work behind the counter are courteous and do their best to work quickly when there are people waiting. They offer a lot of different services and seem to do it all very well. Also the inside was recently given a facelift and looks really nice! I highly recommend”
