“The service was good and employees were easy to communicate with. Unfortunately an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment is when they started swapping my tires. My appointment was before lunch and they were still delayed that much.”

“This store is really great about helping customers and really good with returns. They understand sometimes when you are starting a project, you might need to buy extra stuff, so you have everything you need. There is one guy there who helps me often, Cam. He's always smiling and no matter how difficult the item the customer needs is he tries to get it for them. There are a lot of auto parts stores in Jackson, this is one I'd recommend. They treat everyone well. They truly seem to understand when your car isn't working right it's a bad day. And they go over and beyond”

“I can only say from the experience, exceptional service. All the employees, who obviously were very busy, had time to smile and told me they’d be with me as soon as possible. Becky ended up helping me and basically confirmed my suspicion that the malfunction code was gas related. AutoZone you can be very proud of the stuff you have.”

“Omg! Two Great guys Harry K. & Cameron K. going above & beyond and making this customer very happy pointing out that I have a very Premature oil leak on my 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid. Thank you guys. Besides that you were exceptionally welcoming and explained everything making me understand and even took pictures to show me. I am just amazed and thoroughly thankful. In today's world it is rare that you get this kind of special attention and excellent treatment. I live in Fresno County but prefer to come to Amador County if I can. Obviously, Harry K. & Cameron K. are going to keep me as a customer every single 3 months. Thank you guys. Truly! GOD Bless you both. You are a great asset to Walmart. You should be proud of yourselves. Walmart is lucky to have you working for them.”
