“This store is really great about helping customers and really good with returns. They understand sometimes when you are starting a project, you might need to buy extra stuff, so you have everything you need.
There is one guy there who helps me often, Cam. He's always smiling and no matter how difficult the item the customer needs is he tries to get it for them.
There are a lot of auto parts stores in Jackson, this is one I'd recommend.
They treat everyone well.
They truly seem to understand when your car isn't working right it's a bad day.
And they go over and beyond”

“The service was good and employees were easy to communicate with. Unfortunately an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment is when they started swapping my tires. My appointment was before lunch and they were still delayed that much.”
