“I went and got my brakes in today and it was all done within a few hours of my scheduled appointment. The guys did great even though they were a little understaffed. They were very accommodating even for walk-ins or help them reschedule for future dates.”

“Auto Dynamics saved us in an emergency situation!!! They could have told us to bug off! Or charged us whatever they wanted.
We were passing through 12+ hours away from home when my car started shaking and losing power, I slowly drove it to the closest auto repair shop that so happened to be Auto Dynamics. They fixed it it in less then 30 minutes even though they were 3 weeks booked out and about to close up shop for the day! Only charging me $160 for the part and there time!!! I will be forever grateful for there honesty and generosity!

“They were absolutely awesome. Louie originally took my service request and was very, very helpful. I got there and a very nice young man named Julian checked me in. They installed my tires, put my vehicle on the alignment rack and went to work again. Then Devin came and got me, vehicle was ready and went out of his way to explain what was done and gave me a copy of the before and after of the alignment. If it was possible, they all deserve 10 stars. They were friendly, professional and the service was exceptional. Thank you so very much.”

“A BIG THANKS to Ken's Auto Repair &Transmission Service and S&J Auto Service both in Jackson, CA. I was getting ready to sell my well-cared for 2014 Ford F150 XLT when a check engine light came on during a pre-sale inspection done at S&J Auto Service. Scott, the owner recommended Ken’s Auto Repair around the corner after explaining to me what the engine code could mean and the safest way to deal with it.
After speaking with Ken about my desire to fix the truck to sell it, he patiently and graciously explained that he was very busy but I could leave my truck with him and he would see what he could do. That same afternoon he had inspected the problem and told me it would be ready the next morning!! I could tell he had addressed the issue because the Average MPG reading immediately showed a significant increase in average miles per gallon of gas used!!! Ken and his team were not only fast and knowledgeable, but their honesty and customer service were obvious and top notch!”

“honestly pretty solid experience overall. they got my truck in and out faster than i expected which was a huge relief since i was on a road trip. the mechanic actually explained what was wrong instead of just handing me a bill which i appreciated. only thing i would change is the waiting area could use some better chairs or maybe a coffee machine or something. but they did good work and the price was fair so i cant really complain.”

“It's not often that you "feel good" about spending $700 on an emergency car repair! But such is the feeling after having visited the crew at Midas in Jackson, CA, on a recent Saturday. My family was on a road trip from San Diego, and while visting Old Town Jackson, we found ourselves with a busted radiator and antifreeze all over the street. Midas was quite literally the only repair shop open. Ethan and Sam made a quick diagnosis and worked to get our van into a service bay ASAP. Ethan immediately looked for a new matching radiator, and Sam was confident he could get the job done in 3 hours. I proceeded to put my faith in the team, and I hung out in the lobby for a good part of the day, as my family walked around town looking to pass the time. Lynnae at the front desk did a great job, and Ethan kept me informed with work progress. As the hours passed, we all continued to share road trip stories; Ethan told me about his own road trip trials and tribulations both as an adult and father, and when he traveled with his own father back in the day. I sat patiently between 11:45 a.m. and 2 p.m. and then 3 p.m. and then 4 p.m. and then I started to get nervous as we inched closer to closing time. Ethan broke out a box of donuts and shared them with my kids, me and my wife. The shop closed at 5, but Sam kept working while Ethan and Lynnae closed garage doors, etc. Finally at 5:35 the job was finished and Lynnea actually brought me to tears when it was time to pay and she made sure I was getting the best price. It hurt to pay that much money, but I was grateful to the entire team for helping me and my family get back on the road that same day, since it could have been a horrible two-day delay (closed on Sunday). Getting us back on the road really meant a lot to us. And though I never got to see Sam at the end, I wanted to sincerely thank him for his diligence and hard work during the entire second half of his work day. And thanks to Ethan for making it a personal experience, and to Lynnae for making it all pleasant. Oddly enough, if I am ever in Jackson, CA again, I will be sure to stop by and say hello.”
