“When I went in to get a replacement phone, I spoke to this girl named Melaiva B, and she was very pleasant to be around and made the experience great. We were there for about an hour due to complications with my phone, and during the stay she was giving us great information about how I can avoid such complications next time, and we even talked about other matters and her input in said conversation was great.
