“UPDATE: Kayla, the branch manager as of June 2024, does a superb job. She was patient with me and took the time to showcase the different accounts available, including those that are totally free like the BMO Smart Advantage Checking account, as well as free accounts for minors.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Go into the branch and talk to a teller and get physical literature that discloses clearly what fees you will be charged for your account! I received a promotional card in the mail to open a new checking account. After opening the account online, I was soon hit with a surprise $25/monthly fee. Today, the branch manager reversed the charge, and also explained they do have different accounts that have no monthly fee. (The manager agreed that the promotion card I received was not clear about fees.) So save yourself the headache and research the account first in-person before being blindsided after opening an account online!”

All have been professional & friendly. Coming from an extremely racists little town in Twentynine Palms where I’ve experienced extremely horrible service, this Wells Fargo was a literal breath of fresh air, the way they handle my transactions. “Came in the make a deposit, I was helped by Erika who was beyond amazing! She went above and beyond to help me change my address and some other banking concerns regarding my sons account. When I mentioned I was moving she suggested I looked at Trulia and we found our house!! I had never heard of the app but I am so thankful that Erika took the time to offer me that suggestion which paid off! She also took the time to print out the instructions for my son to set up his online account himself. I normally never take the time to go inside but I'm thankful I did and I will do more of tern knowing Navy Federal hires people like Erika! Her customer service truly made my day! I own a salon and value how well Erika made my experience. Will be back!”
