And as a side note there are always some sweet treats in the lobby. The people that work there doesn't change often so you are dealing with familiar person every time.”

All have been professional & friendly. Coming from an extremely racists little town in Twentynine Palms where I’ve experienced extremely horrible service, this Wells Fargo was a literal breath of fresh air, the way they handle my transactions. “** no drive up ATM ** The 2 in lobby walk up atms work great. Use the card reader next to the door to unlock the door after branch hours. I have seen other banks, not just Bank of America close access to lobby ATMs after " unhoused or homeless " have decided to sleep in the lobby. I hope that does not happen here. It's suggested to fully close the door when you leave.”
