“Carlos and Khalid were great! I switched from T-Mobile and Metro PCS. My biggest thing is being able to get in and out as quick as possible and both Metro and T-Mobile took over an hour and a half sometimes close to 2 hours to get me squared away with a new phone. I went into cricket and was greeted by Carlos and I told him I want to get in and out of here quick with a phone and new service, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes paid and done. I would recommend this location entirely, and would recommend cricket in general as I've already experienced far better quality of service.”
“This is more about Vision center. Customer service is great. I picked up my glasses in August and they cracked in October. They replaced my frames that day. I was not without glasses for any time. Happy Customer.
P.S. if you don't know where the center is located because you missed the tiny stand right as you enter. Turn right, go past registers, and halfway down look for hanging Vision sign and go right to enter center. If you get lost ask a nice person in red.”
“San Diego, CA. Leslie brought us to this cool area and said she loves this store. They give samples of flavored olive oils. They also carry vinegars and…puzzles? I asked why the puzzles. The staff person said, “Pretty much everything here is what the staff likes. And it sells, so…”

“Its gamestop. The team there is cool and I think the store is how the company intends it to look. However, with all the different toys and collectables everywhere it honestly looks like a mess. Again I DO NOT think this is the store staffs fault.”
“Your drive-up employees are absolutely fantastic! Honestly, most of them are incredible, but there’s one who really stands out — the tall, younger blonde guy. He helped me today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was so attentive and professional, and it was clear he genuinely enjoys his job.
As someone who also works in customer service, I really appreciate when an employee goes above and beyond, and this young man absolutely did. Please recognize him — he’s the kind of employee who makes Target’s drive-up experience smooth, friendly, and worth coming back for. “When in today and the staff were amazing, always are. I was able to get help. I purchase Bluetooth headphones which one of them offered to set up for me. At the end the one who finished my transaction, gave me an empty box. I realized the mistake tonight and drove to store, a few minutes after 7p. However no one was there, can't leave a voice message either as phone just continues to ring. I hope they may resolve this issue asap.”

The manager is doing a great job and it shows through the people he employs. They are all friendly, enjoy what they do, and are all about customer service and satisfaction.
Mr James Malone helped my wife and I to get new phones, setting up service for 3 lines, and transfer all our data over to the new phones.
James knows his stuff, and because of this, the switch went flawlessly. He valued our time, showed the utmost professionalism, and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. He is a pleasure to do business with and made the entire process easy and fun. He is extremely knowledgeable and it shows.

“I having been visiting this location for more than a year now. The location during my visits is always clean in the morning time, there are two employees the same two guys almost every day including Sunday and Saturday morning visits that are just the nicest guys to have around. My new favorite thing is the Coffee and current free Muffin with rewards purchase, the Blueberry Muffin whoever makes them is on point. Since I dont drink coffee the git chocolate qualifies as well and I love a large hit chocolate on a cold morning. Keep up the good work everyone.”
“Manager David was extremely helpful! I was purchasing a gift for my mother, and the price in the store didn’t match the Target app. The employee helping us wasn’t sure how to price match, but David stepped in right away. Not only did he honor the price, he also took the time to teach the employee how to do it for future customers.
It’s great to see a manager who supports customers while coaching their team. David truly sets a strong example of great leadership.”

“For over three years, I invested more than 35 hours talking with T-Mobile’s different engineering areas trying to solve a technical issue a my phone. They even supposedly escalated it to their most specialized engineering teams. After T-Mobile said this was not a T-Mobile issue and that it was an Apple issue, they sent me to talk to Apple. I then spent another 20 hours talking to Apple, where I received excellent support from Apple’s technical team, and they even replaced my phone but bounced me back to T-Mobile. After all that, today I went to the Otay Ranch T-Mobile branch, where Adrián kindly helped me, and in less than two minutes, he solved my technical issue by removing a parental control (phone guardian) problem. The parental control issue was directly from T-Mobile, which is why I feel the three years and more than 35 hours were wasted. Therefore, I believe T-Mobile’s sophisticated phone support team should be better trained, and I think Adrián could give them some very good lessons.”
