“Carlos and Khalid were great! I switched from T-Mobile and Metro PCS. My biggest thing is being able to get in and out as quick as possible and both Metro and T-Mobile took over an hour and a half sometimes close to 2 hours to get me squared away with a new phone. I went into cricket and was greeted by Carlos and I told him I want to get in and out of here quick with a phone and new service, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes paid and done. I would recommend this location entirely, and would recommend cricket in general as I've already experienced far better quality of service.”

“When in today and the staff were amazing, always are. I was able to get help. I purchase Bluetooth headphones which one of them offered to set up for me. At the end the one who finished my transaction, gave me an empty box. I realized the mistake tonight and drove to store, a few minutes after 7p. However no one was there, can't leave a voice message either as phone just continues to ring. I hope they may resolve this issue asap.”

“As an old man, I had a great experience at Target. The staff all seemed to get along very well and were joking and flirting with each other while working, which made the store feel lively and entertaining.

“I've been to this location seven or eight times to pay my bill and buy five or six phones for my own employees. . I'm always late getting there. Mostly I've dealt with DENISE. But whenever I call them whoever is there always says to just come in even if I'm late. As a business owner my business is on my phone. And as a business owner I appreciate the customer service. It proves to me that the management there cares about their customers and cares about their employees. And it's obvious that the employees also care. Thank you DENISE. I'm sorry I always come in late. I'll be there on Tuesday to get another phone line. . Again thank you DENISE!!!”
“I am not very cell phone savvy. In fact I have a flip phone. So when I have a problem I bring it to this dealer and the workers are all very friendly and helpful. I like to joke with them that they should be thank-ful that I do not have a regular cell phone. I would probably be in there just about every day! Big KUDOS to the workers there!”

“I never thought I'd say this, but this has become one of my fave 7-11s. In the last year or so, it's done a total 360.
With the exception of 1 or 2, the employees are polite & friendly & know what they're doing.
The candy is always fresh. And I believe it's maybe the owner or manager, but she's awesome. I suddenly started craving banana moon pies (like seriously can't get enough of em), but I can't find them anywhere else in Lakeside or EC. So she noticed me buying em out every few days & instead of ignoring it, she started ordering more. How awesome is that? So many other convience stores need to learn this.
I swore off this 7-11 about a year ago, but it's definitely not at all like it used to be. Which is a good thing!”

“It used to be very bad. The cashiers were very rude but they didn’t seem to stay very long. The new Employee (Dilsher Singh)is very nice and helpful. I’m visit the store every Monday through Friday at 3:00 AM and the coffee is always fresh. The only problem is that the other machines like the iced coffee or cappuccino are always broken. Sometimes it would be nice to have a change from hot coffee.”

“It is a 7-11 for crying out loudNo curbside pick up, no maitre d'. Handicap accessible no public restrooms la dee dee la dee da but they do have a slurpee machine which is down last week for several days and everyone is freaking out talk about targeting a profit-making machine serving flavored ice for $3 a cup it was broken. The two machines probably pay the overhead how to store for the month per day.”
