“When in today and the staff were amazing, always are. I was able to get help. I purchase Bluetooth headphones which one of them offered to set up for me. At the end the one who finished my transaction, gave me an empty box. I realized the mistake tonight and drove to store, a few minutes after 7p. However no one was there, can't leave a voice message either as phone just continues to ring. I hope they may resolve this issue asap.”
“I have not been in this best buy for a long time. I had to return an item that I had ordered online. The customer service given today was top knotch for a electronic retail store. The gentleman today, dont know his name, worked afternoon shift 330pm was standing in front of a table in front of the entrance door is the reason for the 5 stars. Very welcoming, very kind in greeting each customer when the door opens. Very positively enthusiastic , definitely good vibe customer service. Shout out to him and the girl at return desk is ok, nice and quick”

“As an old man, I had a great experience at Target. The staff all seemed to get along very well and were joking and flirting with each other while working, which made the store feel lively and entertaining.
I’ll admit it was a little intimidating seeing all that youthful energy, but the service was still great and everyone seemed happy. I left both slightly scared and happy at the same time. ?

“It used to be very bad. The cashiers were very rude but they didn’t seem to stay very long. The new Employee (Dilsher Singh)is very nice and helpful. I’m visit the store every Monday through Friday at 3:00 AM and the coffee is always fresh. The only problem is that the other machines like the iced coffee or cappuccino are always broken. Sometimes it would be nice to have a change from hot coffee.”

“I've been to this location seven or eight times to pay my bill and buy five or six phones for my own employees. . I'm always late getting there. Mostly I've dealt with DENISE. But whenever I call them whoever is there always says to just come in even if I'm late. As a business owner my business is on my phone. And as a business owner I appreciate the customer service. It proves to me that the management there cares about their customers and cares about their employees. And it's obvious that the employees also care. Thank you DENISE. “Yikes!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I walked into the store today and there must’ve been seven or more representatives working. Plenty of customers inside, but I didn’t have to wait a minute, and I was being helped by Claudia. Both she and her boss Jose were fantastic! Very professional and were able to help me with my questions concerning my iPad. Jose gave me a great deal on my purchase and Claudia walked me through the rest of the process. They are both to be commended and are definitely an asset to T-Mobile.
