“This is your spot for any rental. Customer service goes above and beyond . Not only did I get the mini excavator I needed they gave me a little John Deere I wanted that want available yet . As a former operating engineer another big name rental company said. Go to them since delivery was 70 instead of 480. No problems no leaks , no down time ! It was a flawless transaction . At a width of 40 " to move thru the gate they sent the Deere at 38.5. " with blade extensions .it was. Awesome to find out we shared the connections from a small company out here 30 years ago . They have my business for life .”

“Greg & Mike at Valley Industrial supplies. Give me the biggest solid ever as a handyman and contractor. I had been trying all day to get there before 4:30 PM when they close but when you’re a handyman jobs often times take longer than expected. Thanks to rush-hour traffic it took me almost 50 minutes to get there. I wasn’t gonna be able to make it until nearly 5 PM and the manager Greg offered to wait around for me so I could get my supplies that I needed for a job the next day, Saturday when they are not open. I’ve been here for many years but to get a good review you gotta go above and beyond. That is exactly what Greg did for me. Above and beyond. Much appreciated guys! “It was difficult to decide paint colors for the house interior. Bought the house in 2000 and wanted updated modern yet neutral colors to match floor coverings and furniture. After meeting multiple times at Dunn Edwards, I was introduced to AJ who is a color designer for Dunn Edwards. AJ interviewed me regarding my goals and color preferences then he visited on site. He selected colors that matched my existing floor coverings and furniture. After painting, the rooms look amazing, modern and vibrant! Very pleased with AJ's consultation. Great work! “This Lowe's is nice, and the employees are always helpful. In particular on Sunday 1/28 around noon , Joe in the garden department helped me find the right weed killer for a persistent yucca. He approached offering help and even went to the back to get a better item for my needs. Joe, you saved the day and my front yard is looking better than ever. Our HOA is happy again, lol. I've misplaced my receipt so I'm unable to do the survey for Joe, but his customer service was excellent and he deserves recognition for it!!! Thank you, Joe!!”

“I brought in own wood that needed to be cut and shaped out, the person that helped me, Wes, was super nice and patient with how I wanted the wood to be. He also gave me a test sample to see what the wood shape would look like. In the end, I wanted some further small adjustments to the wood and he did it free of charge. Overall, very good customer service and pricing.”
“Service is unparralled here and price is comparable to the big box hardware stores. I'll come here any day over the big box places. I like it here, It just feels good coming in here. Employees seem happy and so do the customers. I live down the street and pop in when I've needed a quick sprinkler head or pvc piece, I've even bought bigger items like vanities, and faucets, and a lot of outdoor plants and always gotten really good customer service.”

“Really a great spot. I always advocate for local suppliers who serve professionals over big box stores. The guys at Express pipe were a perfect example of why.I walked in with my kitchen sink drain assembly in hand, clearly as a DIY homeowner and got some of the best service I've ever received. I wish I had gotten names of the people who helped me, but one guy who seemed to be some sort of manager and the man working the register (Rick?) were extremely helpful, nice, and informative... even to a small time fixer-upper owner like me. They walked me through my options, gave me the easy and cheap way and the right way to resolve my issue. They even cut some pipes down to fit in my car. Prices were totally reasonable and the product you get is exponentially better than what you get at the big stores.Some stores that generally serve professionals can be a little intimidating for homeowners; but, they're almost always worth the effort to seek out. That's doubly true of a place like this that went out of their way to help a novice without a lot of experience and who also offer quality products.Better yet...completely reworked the faucet and drain under my kitchen sink, a job I was dreading, in just a couple of hours with their help and products.”
“First time I used their curbside pick up and the experience was horrible. Followed all the prompts via the app and waited for ten minutes before I went inside to see what was going on and all I got were excuses. The end result was once the order was finally pulled, palletized and loaded into my truck 40 minutes had elapsed. Kind of defeats the purpose of the whole process of ordering online and messaging system to save time. The second time around was 180 degrees different! I didn't even have time to lower my tailgate before someone came out to greet me and direct me to where my truck would be loaded! Forklift was ready and waiting. Awesome experience and never had a problem with the staff just the process.”

“OMG!! Such an amazing and awesome system to wash my car!! Seriously, no water spots...I'm truly amazed So simple to set up and use. Christina was so pleasant to work with and I have to say, she's awesome! Thank you for excellent customer service. Okay, I've got a black 2020 Porsche Panamera and washed it for the first time last week without this system, drove me crazy attempting to dry it. Took me forever and it still had water spots. Washed my car today, used the system for the first time after purchase and completely satisfied, beyond what I could even imagine. I highly recommend this if you appreciate the best car wash ever ”
