“Very cute place and friendly staff! On-site parking. There's a little cafe with inexpensive prices. I tried the mango black tea but it wasn't enjoyable; I didn't taste any mango and had to add a lot of sugar. The gift shop is adorable with a variety of items, but prices are high. There's a lot of seating for people to come hangout or have a picnic. There's a small swing set, a children's sandbox area, a large grassy area, and a chicken coop with live chickens. Very nice place to have a photography session but there's a $35 fee, which is a bit steep considering there are only a few picture worthy spots imo. Great place to check out if you're in the area!”
“Based on my experience here, this store was neat and decently organized overall. Customer service was average. Cool items and trinkets within this place. A variety of options to choose from, including furniture, food items, toys, ornaments, etc. Located next to Walmart. Would recommend and would return.”

“10/10! This place means business. I have known Chuck for along time and what a guy. He is such a great human and worker. They always go above and beyond if something is not right and make it right. They also work overtime to make things work. His wife is phenomenal too. Super sweet and enduring. Recently i believe their son has taken over a position in the company. They have grown tremendously in the last few years and have continued to make their work quick and efficient but beautiful. The entire office staff is very sweet. We have loved everything they have done in our house and i wish we could remodel every few years to keep working with them. These bad reviews clearly didn't talk to chuck because he always makes things right.”

“Ron went above and beyond to help us on a leather chair that was a rocker/swivel/recliner. We could not find the recliner bar and it was an embedded strap in the inside of the chair. This is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat on.”
“My husband and I went there on memorial day weekend, we knew we wanted to get a sleep number bed but were not sure which one. Jaime helped us, he really gave us his full attention and answer every question we had. He showed/gave information on all the beds. What I appreciate is that he was not pushy at all, he gave my husband and me space to express what we liked and dislike about the beds. When we told him we were going to come back Monday (two days later) he was 100% supportive of our decision. And sure enough we went back and bought the bed. My husband is a happy camper, I haven found what number works for me.”

“First and foremost the bed is amazing. Setting my sleep number was easy and I can change it in a moment if I desire more firm or soft feel. Jessica (no longer works there) was amazing and helped us with our selection which turned out to be the i8. Delivery and set up went without a hitch and we slept wonderfully the very first night. This would have gotten an easy 5 stars but to incentivize our purchase that night Jessica made some promises to seal the deal, and wrote them on the contract. We were supposed to get a set of sheets and controller in a couple of days. Unfortunately Jessica was no longer their to assure the promise was met and after months of trying to resolve this I have given up and writing my review. I suggest you do not buy and walk out of this store on a promise. The bed was worth it just sorry the service was not.”

“This was my 1st experience shopping at Ashley Furniture in El Cajon. Great selection. My husband and I were purchasing a kitchen table which we found within 15 minutes. Despite that it was Black Friday and only half their staff showed up for work, the manager and cashier were friendly and communicated all the details about our purchase. We are looking forward to receiving our table after the holidays and will definitely shop here again.”
