“So much fun on a Saturday afternoon. My daughter and I drove over from Chula Vista to find a few future egg layers for our back yard. As we entered the store we were greeted with a warm country greeting and a wealth of knowledge and information. They had a great selection of young hens and we went home with three of them that are growing fast and adapting nicely. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. Thanks to everyone for such a positive experience.”

“I love coming to ActII La Mesa, they are so friendly and have a $1 wall with some fun things. It’s clean and well organized with sizes on the selections clearly labeled and the customer service is the best. They can even help you find stuff by brand and have clothes and hats for all occasions. Fitting rooms are clean as well. Located in downtown La Mesa there’s a lot of street parking, metered but on weekdays it’s free parking after 6pm.”

“Who doesn't love a community thrift shop! Their prices are lower than goodwill, the money stays in La Mesa to help the community and the staff are great!. They have a colored tag of the month that is 1/2 off, so fun deals are to be had. All the staff are volunteers. I have shopped here for over 40 years.”

“The kindest manager and staff here, they always take a moment to say hi and smile. It’s not the biggest store but they always have a good selection of clothing and housewares. I’ve never found great furniture here but I have found lamps, art, tons of great shoes and they always have an amazing Halloween section too.”
