We are long distance cycling and happened across this lovely deli. What a find! The French Dip was really good! We also picked up some supplies at the store. We marked it on our map so we can return the next time we head this way. The owners were very friendly. We highly recommend it

Kelsey and Josh have done a phenomenal job breathing life back into this place. The high-quality product selection, new deli counter and having beer on tap are such lovely touches to this central community hub. Especially after they recently remodeled the place, it really shines inside and looks beautiful. The live music events, movie nights, arcade games, retro coffee grinding machine, fresh food and fantastic sandwiches, espresso drinks, full local wine selection, frozen meals, bags of ice, firewood, canned goods, ready to eat/grab-n-go meals, gas pumps, etc. - the Fort Ross Store is an incredible local resource along this otherwise fairly quiet stretch of Highway 1.

Wonderful little store with a great wine selection, all the essentials, and even a nice deli and bar. The staff is lovely and I'm very grateful to have such a perfect place right in the neighborhood.

Stopped randomly for gas and found the nicest people! Gas pump was acting up so the gentleman working pumped my gas for me. Going extra for others is hard to find these days but not in Fort Ross!

First time in this place and immediately a heavy set Caucasian lady approached me and my family, not to greet us but to tell me that I'm parked blocking the one single gas pump they had. She gave us horrible Vibes and looks, so I told her I would move right away and decided to leave the store. Bad costumer service ?

Such a nice store with friendly knowledgeable employees....we visited at least 3 times while camping in the area. The have great firewood and a variety of needed and desirable groceries. Delicious matcha lattes and fresh sandwiches are available. Plus, an area bakery supplies them with the most scrumptious almond croissants

Sandwiches are delicious! Super fresh and soft bread. Fresh veggies. Even vegan turkey for an option!

The Deli counter opens around 11:00 am and closes at 5:00 pm, though the convenience store itself opens longer hours. For a small remote store they have a surprisingly large variety. A lot of the packaged food skews keto-friendly, but you could find "accidentally vegan" items there. Service is super friendly with a small town, relaxed vibe.

Josh and Kelsey have done so much to make this store a vital part of our community. It's important for locals and a great stop for visitors

One of my favorite stores on the coast with a old school vibe, plus you can get gas for your vehicle, no diesel but the coffee is great!

Convenient for small necessities. Also some cute knit hats - needed to keep warm in the chilly wind

I want to express my gratitude to a wonderful person Gina (Jeana?) who works in the Fort Ross store. My friend and I (both quite helpless women) had low pressure in our car tires and Gina helped us check everything and pumped up the tires. Everything was done very fast, friendly with a great attitude. She didn't accept any payment for that. Needless to say it happened right before we had to drive on one of the curviest part of the Highway 1.Thank you very much for being such a kind person. You really made our day.

Great little local store where the owners clearly care. Good prices considering the location, and as a local, appreciate their stock of basics, veggies, and beer. Gas pump fills up real quick, too!

The bed was comfortable. The room was well equipped with silverware, dishes, microwave, fridge, keurig. It was quiet. There was free parking. We had a nice patio. The communal hot tub, sauna, fitness room was nice. What I didn't like was although we could see and hear the ocean from our room, there is no access to the ocean from this property. Also there is no where to walk unless you go to the Fort Ross state park. There is a well stocked store across the street. You either have to bring your own food or drive to a restaurant elsewhere. Not bad but I was disappointed that you can't get to the ocean.
