Fort Ross Store is a key part of what makes Timber Cove special and a hidden gem on the Sonoma Coast. It is an excellent stop on Route 1 and the only gas station for miles, making it a perfect pit stop for the weary coastal traveler. The store offers a huge selection of items, functioning as a general mini-mart with pantry basics, plenty of groceries, BBQ supplies, ice, beer and wine, and vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options. The store features a deli where guests can order premade sandwiches or have their own made, with food described as fantastic, delicious, filling, and elevated. There is also an espresso bar and coffee bar, along with draft beers. The staff and team working there are noted as exceptionally friendly, super helpful, excellent people, and very pleasant, providing great service. For seating, there is an indoor area that is very family friendly, with a little seating area and two arcade games. The outdoor area has a small but lovely back patio with unbeatable, pretty ocean peekings views, low down chairs facing the coastal ocean view, and nice tables, making it a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal or drink.
Stopped here for a bite to eat + to fill up with gas on our road trip. The sandwiches are delicious and the staff is very friendly! We wish we could have stayed and hung out all day long. The facility has both indoor and outdoor seating. Restroom set up was a little confusing but we made it work!

Love it here. I went twice since I was camping nearby. Everyone is super nice and the food + coffee is super yummy and fresh.
