“Stopped by mikes liquor for a protein bar. The one I grabbed and the rest on the display were covered in dust then waited 3 minutes to pay as the guy behind the counter talked to someone on the phone as I stared at the honey packs on the back wall. 5 star experience.”

“Staffs super friendly and knowledgeable the only complaint I have is that I like to park far away from everyone else so I don't get doored and I was pushing my ? out to my truck and unbeknownst to me they put brakes on their carts [That *Activate/Engage* when you get a certain distance away from the store] and I had jumped and taken a huge running start and endowed and went tail over tea kettle flying over the handle!!!

“Absolutely huge service shop. Plenty selection of snacks, drinks and basic fresh food. Loved all the essential household items too after I lost my cap hiking the day before. $5 pizza next door smelt amazing.”
“This post is for the low-land-lubbers who infest our pristine desert serenity, (go back to LA) since every local knows Halliday's is the only store in Landers proper.While it bills itself as a liquor store for obvious economic advantage, they also carry a wide variety of energy drinks, sodas, dry goods, food stuffs including drink garnish such as lemons and limes, but also eggs, cheese, bread, tortillas, and occasionally fresh fruits and veggies (cilantro and avocado are common) auto supplies, and the cheapest rolling tobacco I've found in the Morongo Basin. They have an ATM and accept EBT. Lastly, returning to the liquor store aspect, prices on hard alcohol are on average the lowest in the vicinity, but limited refrigeration limits the variety of beers and such.”
“The staff here are very good except on Mondays they have someone young working who is not only slow but rude young boy who has glasses ,needs to learn to be polite smile and be a little faster at register.”

“Small mini market in the middle of nowhere. Called in for ice and groceries. Usual convenience store prices, found everything we needed. Only in the area for a few days, but will probably be back due to the convenient location.”
