“Excellent Customer Service can transform doing business with an outstanding company into an exceptional experience with a fantastic, best in class, organization. The Customer Service team at Water Creations not only helped my solve my issue but went out of their way to resolve it in less than twenty four hours. My original inquiry text was answered almost immediately with a solution and full plan to replace the warranteed part. Then I got a personal phone call (not a recording - not an AI chat - a real person) detailing how and when the part would be shipped. All companies should take a lesson from Water Creation's business practices and follow their example of how to treat their customers. Bravo!”

“I wanna start by saying that I absolutely love my couch, but was what more impressive was everything else. After finding this place online and watching the videos on Instagram, I sent Ben a message and he responded back quickly with professionalism and directed me towards the Ashley midnight madness set. He tailored it perfectly to my space and got me approved online for $5000. we quickly finish up the deal and he delivered it the same day. I have very high respect for the way they do business. I never even had to come in the store we did everything online. This was the best service I ever had especially because I was so skeptical with ordering something without ever seeing it, but ben assured me that this couch was top-tier. I attached a photo below. They’re so amazing Qualiry and great priced Couches. I literally cannot ask her anymore. He was so nice and so polite. I love the way everything was. This gem in San Bernardino is the best, I messaged them and they brought it straight to my house same day. They had trucks stacked with furniture to deliver and they still took to me same day I was so grateful🚚. Wonderful young man 👨”

“We bought a Sleep Number 20 years ago. They reached out to us before our warranty expired a few years ago, but we weren't in a place where we could act on it. We contacted them again recently and have been working with Tracey to replace what we had. She patiently explained what's changed with the products, answered my countless questions, and provided new estimates when we realized what we liked wasn't going to fit in the space we had. I would recommend going to the showroom and exploring what's best for you.”
