“Anel the designer captured all the detail of our tv room including measurements and pictures on the wall which made choosing furniture so much easier using the computer graphic display. We ended up spending 3 hours with her and our sales person Marie to view furniture, see it in the graphic display on the computer and make a purchase . She was also able to integrate carpets ( from another vendor) into the display. We never felt a time pressure or pressure to buy. It was a productive and stressfree experience.”

They let us browse and checked on us occasionally and once we made our decision, the transaction was quick. Loving our new couches that are big enough for our family, comfy and just what we wanted.”

“HomeGoods has a lot to offer. This is a store for you to visit when you have plenty of time to look. You can really find some gems. You should check each section of the store. Sometimes, items are placed in a different section. You may have a wait in line depending on how busy they are. But if they are very busy, they will call additional cashiers, and they try to have the line flow quicker. I would even suggest checking out their food items, such as candies, spices, and other unique items”

I appreciate that they sell both new and second-hand pieces (we bought both). We worked with Juan, who was pleasant and highly informative and knowledgeable. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates. Yeah, I know how working out is difficult for some people but put the item back how you found it. This is the problem with discounted stores. Other than that, everything else is good.”

“We were looking just because, and my daughter fell in love with a wreath that she wanted for her dining room. It was priced at $40 so I said let's check the price at Michaels, so we did. Michaels was clearing their spring collection at 40% & a similar looking wreath was $60, but she didn't like it as well as the one in Kirkland's. So we went back and she spun for the coupon and got 25% off. However, when she went to pay for it.. it turned out it was on sale for only $24. Win win”
