“We very much enjoyed our stay at the Wigwam Motel. Our family of 3 was very comfortable with 2 queen beds in our wigwam. The room was clean and bigger than you might guess. The location is perfect, directly on Route 66, with a very large selection of dining options up and down the road. The pool is beautiful and enticing. And of course, the staff is amazing. Jack, Samir, and Chris are all excellent ambassadors of the Wigwam, and Route 66 in general. Don't forget to check out the large selection of souvenirs that are available in the office.”

“Great place to stay! Parking is great. Rooms are clean and quiet. Pool area is clean and a nice place to just sit and enjoy the weather. Breakfast is about the same as any hotel. Only thing I’d suggest is offering whole milk but… it’s California and USB ports. Will for sure stay here again.”
“My stay at this hotel was wonderful, and both the staff and management were exceptional. Upon arrival, I was initially confused because my room did not have towels, pots, dishes, or silverware available. Frustrated, I contacted the front desk, but I was truly impressed by how quickly the manager, Daniel, responded to my concerns.
Not only did Daniel address the issue promptly, but he also personally took the time to speak with me while I was still at the hotel. He carefully explained how the hotel operates and what amenities are provided to new guests, which helped me better understand the situation. Most importantly, he was understanding, compassionate, and never once dismissed my concerns or feelings. Instead, he sincerely apologized for the misunderstanding and did everything he could to make things right.
Once I had a better understanding, I was able to fully enjoy my stay, and I can honestly say I will definitely stay here every time I visit the area.
I truly appreciate the way Daniel and his staff handled everything and the effort they made to ensure my stay turned into a positive experience.

“Overall, I had a pretty good experience at Raincross Hotel. I had very low expectations for raincross hotel unfortunately given the reviews. The check in service definitely met those low expectations.
Check out was great though. Hiral was absolutely amazing and hospitable in the checkout proccess and also during the continental breakfast one morning. I thought the hotel was going to be bad as well, but it checked of my boxes, it was relatively clean, quiet, and provided me a place to sleep! For that it gets 4 stars (5 stars for Hiral)”

I would also bring my family here like many other families that were here enjoying the pool and hot tub. Some of these families actually lived in the area. “Been working with the Staybridge Suites to host monthly meetings, and I have to say their sales manager, Pamela V. has been phenomenal. She's helped set-up and breakdown meetings here at the Staybridge to utilize both their small and large meeting rooms! The staff here are warm and friendly, and it's been a pleasure working with them to accommodate for our needs. Parking is plentiful and everything here feels homely and modern. Would recommend using here for any business meeting needs!”

“My family and I stayed here on out quick mini trip to Cali. We’ve been to Los Angeles before but wanted to stay a little bit outside of LA. This place was great. From the check in process to the room, breakfast, everything was awesome. The room was clean. It was quiet. We were able to get a good nights sleep and rest. Don’t want to sound greedy but breakfast was my favorite. The food was excellent. They also provide you with to go bags if you prefer to have your breakfast on the go or take to your room. The dining area was clean. The, front desk and housekeeping were awesome. I wouldn’t mind staying here again of I ever go back to California.”

And then I had some questions and Melissa was kind enough to help me out. Both of them had very welcoming attitudes and greeted you with a smile even over the phone. You can tell that they were smiling. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and I would definitely come back.”
“Stayed for a few days so I could take my kids swimming and we enjoyed our time, rooms were nice and the ac worked amazing especially after being in the sun for so long, definitely recommend. “I never received an email opportunity from Hilton to review this Hotel, but wanted to make sure I gave a Shout-Out to one of the Front Desk staff. When I checked on 9/22, I was offered a 1st floor room, which I do not normally like, primarily due to more traffic through the hallways. I muttered my lack of appreciation for the room and a preference for an upper floor, but I intended to take it.
Katrice (I hope I got that name right), heard me and instantly her fingers started flying over the computer keys, searching. Before I had even figured out what was going on, she had found me a room on the 3rd floor. Plenty of space and plenty of quiet. Both appreciated.
I commend Katrice for going above and beyond. She didn't have too and she didn't need too. But she did anyway.

“Stayed here a few weeks ago & was a very nice hotel !! I got lost in the hallways many of times, the front desk blonde lady was super nice & helpful ☺️ the housekeeping did not put the bag with linen for pull out bed, I am a housekeeper so I was expecting it !! But understand it gets super busy so we forget sometimes !!! Would stay here again, not a noisy hotel and you will get good rest !! Breakfast was soo good too ?”

“The managers were very very nice as long as you don't bug them after 10:00 at night the walls are very thin especially if you're downstairs sometimes it feels like the ceiling is going to caving on you from the occupants walking around but the worst part of all are the roaches this place is infested with roaches that is so disturbing and every single room has them some more than others like room 116 stay far away from this room otherwise it's clean and the ice machine hasn't worked for a very long timeWalkability: Everything you need is right across the street in every direction.”
“Considering where I was and I am happy to be at this location. I have been here just over a week. The room can use a little bit of remodeling but it's a lot of space and it's warm . It's pretty quiet here and the man in the office is really attentive and polite. I don't interact with the other guests but they seem polite and the property outside is clean. I will be here for some time and I am comfortable here. I will post reviews as the weeks continue.”

“The rooms were big and clean. Streaming on the tvs was a big plus.
The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
The location is perfect, right next to the cute downtown shopping and restaurants.
My favorite part though was the exceptional and friendly service of Cassandra at the hotel bar. She was helpful, warm, kind, and had great attention to service and detail. She remembered previous orders and had an engaging personality.
I recommend this hotel if you're in Riverside.”

“This is a cute place that is what it says it is. Very convenient to the convention center, though a bit loud at night as a result to being down town. The folks were super helpful and accommodating, and helped me find something I had forgotten after I checked out. I would stay here again. Only comment would be that I was a little chilly and ended up doubling up the blankets from the other bed in the room.”
