My husband wanted to take the bed, he said it was extremely comfortable. “This was our first time staying at the Hampton Inn in downtown Riverside. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room as well as the rest of the Hotel. The hot breakfast had a lot of variety and my families favorite: A waffle machine. There is no parking available at the Hotel due to parking lot construction. You can use valet services or self park at The Food Lab garage. There are great dining options within walking distance.”

“We were in corona for our daughter volleyball tournament. Room was clean and great front desk customer service.Lot of restaurants walking distance. Breakfast starts at 6am every day so it is a plus. Everything was good just the room seems kind of small. We will definitely return.”

“Staying here for a few days and have to say the owner Danny is a great man. My son and I had the opportunity to talk with him for awhile and he has great values. They will work with you with any questions or requests. Owner keeps place very quiet. Definitely one of the best motel experiences my family has had. Highly recommend ❤️”

“I was in town for a wedding, Our room was clean when we arrived but the room is kind of small. The bedding was clean it was furnished with plenty of pillows, appropriate sheets and blankets. Beds were extremely comfortable, would like to see outlets that accommodate to USB/charger for phones(seen at another hotel, very helpful). Shower was great, pressure of water amazing. Price of the hotel was perfect, and walking distance from downtown Riverside. Jeff the manager was so helpful, respectful, polite and friendly. Housekeeping people were nice and seen always cleaning the stair rails and all vending machines for covid19 protocol. Over all stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel at this location. I would definitely stay here again. Due to coronavirus the business center, continental breakfast and pool were not available.Thanks Jeff for making our stay safe and happy.”

“The quality in is a great place to stay for a couple nights. They were very accommodating and let us check in at 3 AM, and we were given prompt service that allowed us to enjoy our trip to the max. We were in town for a rave and the convenience of this hotel being so close to the shuttle and with it being such a good price, it couldn’t be beat. Highly recommend”

“The managers were very very nice as long as you don't bug them after 10:00 at night the walls are very thin especially if you're downstairs sometimes it feels like the ceiling is going to caving on you from the occupants walking around but the worst part of all are the roaches this place is infested with roaches that is so disturbing and every single room has them some more than others like room 116 stay far away from this room otherwise it's clean and the ice machine hasn't worked for a very long timeWalkability: Everything you need is right across the street in every direction.”

The room are a little small even thro there are two bed in its capacity a table to eat and two chairs.Rooms: Clean and we'll kept. The manager was very nice and had the office clean. She helped us out right away even when we needed to stay one more day.”

“My son left his Nintendo switch, i called multiple times and the housekeepers and office workers didn’t know anything about it. Only thing that saved my but* was he took a pic of it on the bed and 5 days later they found it. And to top it off i found a roach in my room. Be careful!! Triple check you got everything! Dishonest workers!”

“The room is small, and the bed was really really uncomfortable. Not enough pillows, so we brought our own. Not enough towels and they try to be fancy and put them in these circular things on the wall rather than just on a rack in the room with the shower ?♀️. No smoking so the room smelled good. They just opened, but the room we got needs a little TLC, especially on the bathroom door. The service was great at check in, very nice gentleman helped us. No vending machines or ice machine that I saw.Rooms: Small but functional. It would be nice if there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Coffee pot would be great too. They did say that there was some in the reception area, but who wants to get dressed and go down to reception to get coffee?Safety: Looks like a fairly nice neighborhood. Didn't see any homeless.Food & drinks: No vending machines or ice machine”

“Manager claimed that I stoled or broke or lost a remote to one of the rooms when in fact from the very moment we entered the room my son had me searching under behind next to in front of everything for about 30 minutes until he coincidentally fell asleep as did I soon after. I only learned about the accusation the next day in the evening as I was attempting to pay for a week upfront ended up going down the street instead ? but besides that the staff were pretty chill at least one of the two guys.Safety: Way more kick back than hotels that are just a few feet away weight less schey.?”
