“The owner and her on-site manager are always respectful and considerate. I have never witnessed any unprofessional or unpleasant behavior from the owner. It is lovely talking to her and the on site manager everytime I see them. I have never felt unsafe or rushed while I’m there. I have been a tenant for a year and never had a negative experience. The location is always clean and is well protected. Would give a higher rating if possible.”
“Staff is always professional, helpful, super kind all around awesome. I love this storage it's always clean I have no complaints in the 4 years I've stored there. 3 ??? thumbs up if I had a 3rd arm to this place. Dorothy is the best!!!”

“Finding a storage unit seemed stressful but then I found dollar self storage. I walked in and spoke with Danny , he was very helpful in helping me find a good unit . He showed me a variety of units and told me about the $1special .I ended up going with a 10x14 which was perfect for moving . The whole process took less then 15min and made moving a lot less stressful :) 10 out of 10 recommend”
