“I enjoyed the service here very much. Build a stuffed animal with a special recorded option sewn into the animal while you're there for a keepsake. My sister just passed and her heartbeat was recorded and installed for the children left behind. It was a very adorable sensitive and delightful experience for the memory of my beloved sister. The staff were all very helpful and very into working with the parents children and couples trying to get their memories enveloped into a loving soft toy for future sake. Wow what a touching experience to witness. Thank you for the effort!”

Not quite as welcoming as some other game stores in the area, but they’ve always been reasonable and polite to me so I have nothing to complain about.
I haven’t played much there, but it’s clear their play space is great for miniatures, but seems only fine for anything else - not bad, but nothing special on that front.
For better or worse, they usually follow TCG player prices closely. This means if you didn’t pre-order and it’s a popular set, they’ll up the price to market value - however high that is - sometimes well above any nearby stores. But on the flip side, if they have product that’s less popular they’ll generally discount it below other local stores to match TCG player prices. If you know what you’re willing to pay for something this works out fine, and I can’t blame them for trying to make money in the fine margins a game store operates, but it’s worth knowing what you’re getting going in.
They do offer more than some of the closest other stores for trade it, but have a bit less selection to spend that trade in credit on. Again, a trade off, but one I’ve been very happy with on many occasions.
I can’t say this is my favorite game store, or the best experience ever, but I also can’t get behind the 1 star reviews they have. If they have what you want (and they have a reasonable mix of collectible games and more casual/ strategy card and board games) you’ll be able to find it for a fair price - and I think that deserves 4 stars. If you like miniatures, their extensive terrain in their gaming area probably push them up to 5 stars and best in the area, but if you’re into cards there are other local stores that run better events or have larger variety of available singles and that might push them down to 3 or 3.5 stars.
Overall, I think they’re a just fine store, and while I do most of my playing and shopping at other game stores in the area I still sometimes come here to buy or trade in and I’ve always been content with what they have to offer.”

“This place is nice and staff is mostly always friendly. The only complaint I have is they don’t let you shake the Sonny angel and Smiski boxes?? I have bought various times from this Sanrio and they have always let me shake the boxes. It’s not like it’s damaging the product .. it honestly takes the excitement and fun out of Smiski and Sonny angel hunting :/ and of course I walk in the store to see an employee shaking one of the Sonny angels boxes herself. So employees can shake them but customers can’t ? Hmm. That’s the only thing I would hope the owner or manager of the store would change . It’s not fair employees can shake the boxes but paying customers can’t?”

“A great store for niche gifts! My sister is a Hello Kitty Collector, my nephew loves Disney and Star Wars, and we have friends that are into anime! This store carries all these things and more and they have great unique collectibles, clothing, souvenirs and niche tchotchkes! It is kind of like a PG version of Spencers Gifts. They also carry many items exclusive to their store.”

“This the 3rd or 4th time I've been at this location with my daughter. Rochelle the store manager is excellent. The 2nd time I was at this location it was extremely busy. Rochelle was very professional and kept acknowledging customers telling them thank you for their patience. I have been in a lot of different places where the manager is horrible. Rochelle handled the situation extremely well and provided such great customer service! Store is a busy store, but we will continue to go to this location because of Rochelle and her employees excellent customer service! Thank you for hiring great people!”

“It’s my first time being here and it’s pretty nice. It has much more useful things than Boxlunch and Miniso. The employees there do follow you around but I'd imagine it's cause of the large amount of theft. There's a lot of small items in there so it's a no-brainer why they would do that. At least they don't make it obvious like the employee at the Kpop store some distance away did (she straight up stared at me without smiling).Some of the items they carry are things you can't find anywhere, so make sure you get those! Other than that make sure to price compare on places like Aliexpress and Amazon. If you're a sucker for original merch then by all means you're more than welcome to spend the extra money and buy it.”

I was thrilled to find Coraline figurines and plushies, which are quite rare. You can easily spend a lot of time exploring all the unique and fun toys they have in stock. The customer service is consistently nice and helpful, adding to the positive shopping experience. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it a joy to browse. “Since there's no more Toys R Us, I wanted to check out this store to see if there's anything that my nephew would like. The store is packed with all sorts is toys. The aisles are very narrow. I wanted to check out all the small motorized vehicles, but most of them were stacked up on top of the shelves and hard to see. The mini cycles were adorable! So much eye candy for a kid to want everything from remote control vehicles to skateboards. Although the section with dolls and playhouses, I'd rather just buy the real Barbie instead. Didn't find anything yet, but it was nice to see what they're selling.”

“A tad on the pricier side from this Japanese boutique store, so I'll have to wait for the next visit to support them. Yesterday's trip was strictly a window shopping event from this store. I'm more of a Daiso/Miniso fan, but I decided to take a looksie here. Compared to Daiso and Miniso, this store displayed similar items for more expensive. They have plushes from Super Mario to Pusheen. I almost bought me a Christmas Pusheen but decided to wait on that item. It was easy to browse around and look for stuff because their entire store was very well organized. Perhaps closer to Holiday season, I will return again for something.....but I was hoping the Pusheens wouldn't be so pricey.”

“The lady working last night (short and wears glasses) was just the sweetest and funniest thing ever??? She really made shopping here a fun experience and had me and my friend dying laughing. this store has good finds too. Even yard decorations for Christmas/Halloween for like 25-35 bucks. Thankfully I was able to find an umbrella here (5$) whereas Burlington, Ross and target were all sold out. 5 below is where it’s at!”
