“we had a great overall experience even though there was a small line for the staff to put the filling in the bear itself. we were paired up with "bella" on the machine who was kind to our child during the bear making process. we spent a few minutes afterwards picking out clothes and accessories for the bear which wasn't as expensive as you'd expect. we hope to return in the future and get a different kind of animal or creature as it seemed like they had a lot of different options to choose from and i'm sure it can also vary by store. i would also say do not be surprised if there is a line of people waiting for the animals to get filled when you come”

“Never been to GMI in person as I live in another state, but I placed an order online for a map-tile expansion pack for a TTRPG. I had been looking for this specific pack for sometime, as it was discontinued by the manufacturer. Unfortunately I was shipped the incorrect item, and so emailed them right away asking for a return label.Less than 24 hours later I received an email from customer service apologizing for the issue, as well as an email with a new tracking number for the correct product which they shipped out immediately.Would buy from GMI again.”

“Great store with great selection says my daughter, but the issue we both found was that it was a bit cramped with narrow walkways compared to the amount of people visiting. She loved the items they had on hand though, so she wasn't too affected. All-in-all it was not a bad trip. Always be mindful of the price of going to these stores, that is another eye-catcher on my end.”
