“Honestly the most fun employees I've met working at the mall. In fact, so great I stood around for almost 10 minutes just to show my gratitude and leave this review. Thank you Maddy and Destiny!”

“Hello! Thank you for your valuable feedback. We’d like to address some points directly ? We take all concerns seriously and want every guest to feel welcome and respected in our store. After reviewing this situation, we’d like to clarify that the employee mentioned is a member of the LGBTQ+ community herself and would never make homophobic comments or act in a discriminatory way. Our team did ask the customers several times to refrain from horseplay for safety reasons, as we have to ensure the store remains safe for everyone shopping and working. The employee’s intention was never to offend, but simply to uphold those safety standards. Our store hours are 10 AM to 8 PM from Monday to Sunday. Please note that our mall gate opens at 11 AM as the mall doesn’t open until then. Regarding our bag policy, our small 5below tote bags are priced at 38 cents (including tax), and our larger tote bags are $1.38 (including tax). This policy is in accordance with California state law, and we have not offered plastic bags in our store for over a year. We appreciate your concerns and welcome the chance to provide clarity. Our mission is to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for every customer who visits us. Thank you for being part of our community!”
