“Had to rent a truck last week. It broke down, but Penske was on top of things. They sent us a subunit that worked very well and got us from California to Pennsylvania and back in a week. I brought it over here on Hall and they fixed the tire for me and got me rolling with a new tire when we came back into town to pick up our truck that was in the shop at Inland Kenworth. Inland Kenworth could not seem to fix our problem with our transmission after several attempts, so we ended up having to keep the rental for a little longer than we expected. This Penske is great. They work fast, and their supervisor, Jonathan is awesome! Very pleasant people to deal with and they get the job done with no complaints. I would definitely recommend anybody to go see Jonathan and talk to him if you need to rent a truck for at least a week. They all have good attitude here and seem to like their job, which makes things easy to deal with when you're going through a bad situation. Keep up the good work guys 5 out of 5 stars!”

“I can’t say enough good things about the Ryder team in Riverside! This is my domicile location for my truck lease, repair, and service, and they consistently go above and beyond. The crew is always incredibly accommodating. There have been more than a dozen times where they have completely come through for me, getting my truck serviced quickly and back on the road when I needed it most.

“I am a first time buyer. My buying experience was awesome because of one person-- Eddie Rodriguez. The minute he answered the phone, I knew he wanted to help. He was ALWAYS there for me. He never rushed me off the phone. He did a lot of checking for me-- with the parts room and walking out to the truck I bought when I had specific questions. If he didn't know an answer--he seeked help to find out for me. He never stopped for me.
Eddie would have worked as hard for me selling a $25.00 Tonka truck, as he did the beautiful, wonderful truck I now have.

“Went to this location to drop off a tractor for its service. Very clean kept shop and everyone is friendly. Shop staff seem a bit too busy but are willing to help and direct you to the person or office. I wondered around a bit when I arrived due to the signage on where to go for what, but at the end it worked out.”
“Been to this location quite a few times in the past 12-15 years. It's a busy location in the shop, with lots going on. The company I'm currently working for decided to get some lease tractors from Penske and we're currently running around 10 tractors and a few rentals. The customer service I've noticed isn't the top tier as Penske was known for in the past. The location looks clean, organized, and welcoming.
We recently had two drop off lease tractors for PM service and other repair issues. You check in a kiosk now, which is fine, enter all info, truck number, odometer reading (make sure you have it), confirm company info, contact info, and the reason dropping off. You need to make sure the tractor is parked designated customer truck parking. If not, YOU will need to go move it where they designated for customer parking. Then hand truck keys to the person on the other side of the window where YOU were filling out info on the kiosk. Make sure you tractor unit number is on the keys, if you have your own company unit number on the tractor, write the number on your key tag as well besides the Penske unit number.
Overall good location and the techs take care of the issues your truck or trailers may have.”
