“The two employees who work here are just fantastic! Exceptional customer service, and truly dedicated to their job! I had a big move, which didn't happen, they gave me so many discounts on the truck because they didn't have the truck I needed. Big shout out to Shaun and the women! Sorry, I cant remember your name! It starts with an R though.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
2646 East Alessandro Boulevard, Riverside CA 92508
“Was slightly hesitant on picking up from a "neighborhood dealer" located at a gas station, but all worries were quickly put to rest once I arrived and checked-in. There was a dedicated U-haul rep inside this location who had me sorted in about 5 minutes. Their "lot" is smaller but the equipment is well organized and they were one of the only locations within 20 miles that had a 26' truck available. They even comped me an extra day for letting them know I would be needing the truck a little longer than originally scheduled. 5/5, thank you!!”

U-Haul at Van Buren
3600 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside CA 92503
“The person before me had been mean and threatening to the staff for not getting what they did not have to rent. Stating customer service had told them they could. When it was finally my turn, the staff were kind and helpful, as if I were the first person of the day. Very professional and helpful. *Lessons Learned from grumpy customer: - Be sure to call the store YOU will be visiting. The store will let you know what is available at the time at YOUR store. Do not depend on Customer Service, they will tell you anything to get you into the store and do not know stock of individual stores.”

U-Haul of Riverside
1834 Spruce St, Riverside CA 92507
“Exceptional interaction about our trip needs... made many helpful suggestions. He had us call my auto insurance company to verify damage coverage. Turns out my premium policy at USAA only covers LIABILITY not DAMAGES. USAA's offer to cover it was laughable compared to the lower cost of U-Haul DAMAGE insurance. Traveled with peace of mind. 26' truck kicked butt! It was fully loaded with possessions, oak furniture, piano and my video edit room gear. OK, so I paid dearly for gas (1200 miles to Idaho panhandle from Riverside, CA). We had to stop at Mammoth Lakes to deliver & pick-up divorce settlement possessions. That truck just drove up the Bishop Grade on 395N (5K feet to 7400 feet altitude) like a champ! A few issues... rt rear back up white light not working, spray windshield wash fluid was full but dribbled out at wipers, one dash cooling vent was flopping loose. The price was high but the results of trustworthiness, flexibility of load changes, comfort in the cab, and finding courteous truck drivers all over the west made our truck part of the trip very pleasant. What a beautiful country we live in! (Also, a small tip; Find out if your gas/credit card maxes out at $175 per fill-up. I still need to find out if it's my card (with 4% off gas bonus!) or the gas pumps/stations were responsible for this.)”

“Strange location, on a Main Street but in the opposite side once getting off the freeway. Key lock combo to remove keys so I guess kinda convenient to retrieve at whatever time. Location could Be better.”
