“I love this five below. The people that worked there are always so happy they greet you when they walk in. They are super helpful today. Had outstanding service Today from Emily she helped me select something that my daughter would love. She was super patient with me and even gave me hints and how to be successful on my squishy hunts. But every time I’ve come, they have been super nice explaining how to get discounts to me and making sure I was happy with the service. It really is a great atmosphere there. Keep it up!”
“I like this place, there are always a nice surprise of new food, for example one day I bought a bottle of MANUKA honey for $2.99, that in sprouts or whole foods markets cost $45.00. like i said there are always nice surprise and i love it!!!!”

“I went here 2 days ago and the store looked great on the inside, but there was a lot of trash all over the floor outside of this Five Below. The other stores did not have any trash in front, it was only this one which seemed a little strange. But other than that, it’s a great store with polite employees.”

“This place is an independent store. Better items than 99cent store or Dollars store. Hardware stuff, pet stuff, electrical and so on. You might walk in looking for one particular item. But walk out with your hands full. It happens to me all the time.”
“I've been going to Tina's Market for a few years now and they have always had the same easy-going autmosper as they always have. If, for some reason, they don't have your item, they will order it for you the next time you come into the store. There's always plenty of parking. The owner is always friendly and very respectful.”

We take all concerns seriously and want every guest to feel welcome and respected in our store. After reviewing this situation, we’d like to clarify that the employee mentioned is a member of the LGBTQ+ community herself and would never make homophobic comments or act in a discriminatory way. Our team did ask the customers several times to refrain from horseplay for safety reasons, as we have to ensure the store remains safe for everyone shopping and working. The employee’s intention was never to offend, but simply to uphold those safety standards.
Our store hours are 10 AM to 8 PM from Monday to Sunday. Please note that our mall gate opens at 11 AM as the mall doesn’t open until then.
Regarding our bag policy, our small 5below tote bags are priced at 38 cents (including tax), and our larger tote bags are $1.38 (including tax). This policy is in accordance with California state law, and we have not offered plastic bags in our store for over a year.

“It’s my first time being here and it’s pretty nice. It has much more useful things than Boxlunch and Miniso. The employees there do follow you around but I'd imagine it's cause of the large amount of theft. There's a lot of small items in there so it's a no-brainer why they would do that. At least they don't make it obvious like the employee at the Kpop store some distance away did (she straight up stared at me without smiling).Some of the items they carry are things you can't find anywhere, so make sure you get those! Other than that make sure to price compare on places like Aliexpress and Amazon. If you're a sucker for original merch then by all means you're more than welcome to spend the extra money and buy it.”

“The lady working last night (short and wears glasses) was just the sweetest and funniest thing ever??? She really made shopping here a fun experience and had me and my friend dying laughing. this store has good finds too. Even yard decorations for Christmas/Halloween for like 25-35 bucks. Thankfully I was able to find an umbrella here (5$) whereas Burlington, Ross and target were all sold out. 5 below is where it’s at!”
